Incase anyone wants to know 7:32 of the song translates to "your skin is great, never forget that you're royalty" loved how it leads up to show them who we are. Who ever was in charge of the trailer definitely knew what they were doing.

That was RiRi in the suit. If you look at the teaser again, you’ll see Riri in the lab with Shuri and you’ll even see RiRi stamp out the heart for Iron Heart.

In the scene after the car chase you get a brief glimpse of Okoye driving the red car, Shuri in purple on the motorcycle and Riri flying between them in her suit. So cool!
They showed very little of Nakia in these trailers. going to be interesting to see how she will fit into all of this.

That would really piss a whole lot of people off though. Especially the super comic lore fanatics crowd. Nakia was actually a villain named Malice in the comics. But then again, they kindve turned M’Baku into a good guy when he was a villain in the comics as well so 🤷♂️
Shuri's suit is fire and knowing how Iron Heart's suit looks from the legend figure they revealed today too I love hers too!
The song in the background is from our land Zambia and the moment it came out I knew that it's going to be a bigger achievement for the Zambian music industry. big thanks to marvel studios they did justice, the trailer is 🔥 and the lyrics matches everything in the movie.

I’m 38 and so glad to be alive during this time. I was alive for all my kids births and the best parts of the MCU. I can die happy
Ironheart's suit is her Mark1 (MK1) armor. It's her first suit. I love that Feige decided to have her introduced in those films and let her get the first suit out of the way so when the "Ironheart" series comes out on DisneyPlus, RiRi will be well on her way already. She will have some battle experience already, much like Spidey in Homecoming (because of Civil War). More importantly, the show won't be about her building her first suit. She could be on her Mark 2 or Mark 4 suit when we see her next. Maybe even further than that. Coogler is balancing so much and giving it all the attention it deserves.
Namor in the MCU is inspired by Mesoamerican cultures. Specifically Maya. Kukulkán is the name of a Maya diety also know as The Feathered Serpent. Theyre gonna speak Maya in the film as well as have Maya actors. Also Atlantis in this is gonna be called Talocan

It is a combination of Aztec and Mayan. "Feathered Serpent" was also an Aztec deity and in fact the name of the city "Talocan" is Aztec.

it shows that you don't know… The “turquoise” jewelry that Namor wears is jade and is something that was shared by both the Mayans and the Aztecs. The way his wings move are a reference to the hummingbird that was extremely special to the Aztecs. As you can see, it is not only the name of the city, but even if it were, it is still a mixture of Aztec and Mayan. You are not going to come and talk about my culture and assume that you know more.

All day. I've been thinking all day on why this and the teaser trailer hit so hard and it's pride. I'm so freakin' proud of the whole cast, director, vfx, sound, everyone. It's more than entertainment. There are pros and cons to both recasting t'challa and moving forward. Either way, damn... I'm so proud of everyone involved in this film. I'm also proud of the charge that Boseman led that made this momentum possible.

This is loosely based on the comic storyline of the war between Wakanda and Atlantis. But for the film there's a 3rd person of group that is influencing them to fight. Hence the soldiers you see attacking a Wakandan facility. Rumors are Dr Doom is pulling the strings behind the scenes.
