Just had a thought - You may not get the invincibility when you kill the chieftain in that case you can take you time taking out the enemies to get to Johnson, use the regen field from one of the other brutes or go round the back, all around the building to sneak past the enemies to johnson. Sorry this is some what of a shoddy guide. Link in the description to how to perform grenade jump + ending jump slightly better.

It's really discouraging how hard this level is. I don't think i can get this under 15 minutes no matter how much practice i put in. I don't have enough ammo or RNG ruins the run or i cant make the pipe jump consistently
You can brute shot jump up the bridge from below.
Finally, I was waiting for your speedrun guide for Halo 3 for so long! I'm glad that you're doing it.

My best time is 16:02 but lost 2 min trying the nade jump. It's doable.
