Sweet potato sesame balls

    Here I am with this very easy and fast recipe of sesame balls , sweet potato version.
    here I didn't add water because the sweet potatoes were quite moist.
    but if your potatoes are dry add a little water while kneading.
    you may not add sugar isf your potatoes are too sweets.
    N.B: Before frying heat the oil a little high and as soon as it is very hot lower the heat and fry.
    ingredients:
    200g boiled sweets potatoes
    300 g glutinous rice flour
    3 to 4 tablespoons icing sugar (optional)
    100g sesame seeds
    1 /2 cup Water +1 tsp glutinous flour.
    oil for frying

      C'est exactement comme le dit le nom , de la farine de riz fait avec du riz gluant.
      Pas la farine normale

    Tried it but was such a failure for me😔
    The filling was poking out when frying
    And the rice flour was too much in the mixture

      Is it crushed one or raw one?
      And also after frying it
      The crust seems too thin

      @imunnn3177 These are boiled sweet potatoes. First, boil the sweet potatoes, then peel them and mash them. When adding the filling, if you don't want very thin crusts, use less filling. This way, the crust will be less thick. However, for the crust should typically be thin. And yes, you must absolutely use glutinous rice flour, not regular rice flour.
      And I just realized that this is not the video with the stuffed sesame balls. These ones are not stuffed in this video.

      Actually by the word filling i meant like when frying it the inside is oozing out
      And like the crust is being seperated frm the sweet potato paste
