Thanks! you are so sweet! 🥲 let me know if you need any continued education. I got you! I have an online training 👉🏼 trainlikeaboss.teachable.com And I have a "Brow Mapping Bible" online mini course in the works so you'll def have to stay tuned so you can check that out! 🤗
I'm taking my certification in February. I've been practicing nonstop in order to be prepared and confident, and you've been such a huge help and bright light in starting this journey. This video was incredibly helpful, as I've never been fond of the touch up charge and you solidified my decision to not charge one. Thank you 🥰
Thanks dear, I was confused about it. I got my certificate five years ago, but until now I’m not confident enough to start. You have given me a confidence to start. throughout your videos. You are fabulous.
You can do it! 🤗 Have you done anymore training since then? bc you prob arent feeling confident bc you need continued education. i would definitely recommend my online course. it will step up your brow game and up your confidence FOR SURE! Check it out. 👉🏼 trainlikeaboss.teachable.com
I was just about to ask “May I have your opinion on online micro blading courses?” Then she said “I’ll link my online courses below” seriously! You’re the best!
I actually do have one for a color boost and I did start to make one for a touchup. The one for the color boost is one of my first videos so I was a little shy… Lol. 👉🏻 m.ua-cam.com/video/_NUCg9sf9P8/v-deo.html It could be a little better but yes very good suggestion. I do however, go over all of that in my online training course😉 bc touch ups and color boosts are very different (and I think harder especially for a beginner) ➡️ trainlikeaboss.teachable.com
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!! I was wondering if you would possibly make a video about the “setting up process” for starting your own business? I’m struggling with what to get, how much etc… supplies, things needed immediately upon opening up my studio on November 1 st!! I’m buying supplies but I’m confusing myself with all the craziness of starting a business!! I’m a rookie lol I appreciate your kindness and support for all of us trying to better ourselves for our own reasons. A video on business preparedness ( is that a word) lol would be appreciated!! Ty I’m advance !
Congrats. I do have a few videos that go over those things. Here’s a video on top things you need 👉🏻 m.ua-cam.com/video/6qC8rYl2nnM/v-deo.html But that’s a good idea. 💯💯 My advice is don’t over do it. Less is more. Bc you can always buy stuff as you go. 👌🏻
I was only thinking today of whether to charge for the touch up , or include it in the initial price so you have helped make that decision for me . Thank you Kristy , I think you are fabulous!
I have been watching your videos cause I have been considering getting into microblading. I'm thinking of doing your online class. I live in PA and my struggle is that their is not much info out there on regulations and I have no idea where to start to even begin my own business.
hi!! that's so exciting!! I LOVE microblading. It has changed my life and I have been able to create a very successful business. I don't dread going to work. In my online course I do go over ways to protect yourself as an artist and at the end of the class I go over my recommendations for new artists (ie: how to get new clients, prices and working on models to build portfolio, etc.) The best place to look is with the tattoo board website. The laws are different for different states but in many states its not regulated yet. Here is the link to the online course 👉🏼 trainlikeaboss.teachable.com let me know if you have any other questions. good luck!!
Quick question.. when a client comes in for the annual color boost do they also need to do a 8-10 wk touch up or is that after the initial procedure only? Sorry if its a dumb question lol I'm a newbie
I love love your videos they are very educational special for people like me who are very new to the industry. One quick question. I am in California and shopping around for liability insurance. I have not yet found any insurance that covers specifically Microblading. Any one that you can recommend? Who do you use? Thank you!
Thank you so much for all your Fantastic videos! So helpful! Launching my new business in a few weeks and you have answered all the questions I've had! You absolutely rock!
Thats awesome! 👏 😎 I actually teach Microblading. Here is the link to my website 👉🏼 bossbrowsla.com/in-person-training or if youre interested in on-line training 👉🏼 trainlikeaboss.teachable.com I love being able to help students grow as artists/entreprenuers. 😍
I’m wondering where I can go to service clients . Can you make a video on that ? For example after you get licensed and are ready to take clients , where do you take clients ? I don’t want to go to homes but I don’t want yo rent a office with no portfolio
@@bossbrowsla means , for example I advertise the initial appointment for $220, and people get interested, and then when they ask for touch up I’ll tell them it’s $80 so if I would tell them upfront it $300, it might seem expensive for them
@@nashonar6274 yes I see now. I just found that not every client would come back bc they didnt think they "needed" a touch up and I want to make sure they have perfect brows. ive also found that clients who def need the touch up feel frustrated that they have to do another appointment that costs money. However, if youre finding good client appeal keep doing what youre doing! and slay those brows ✌🏼 These are only my recommendations from personal experience.thansk for sharing what you do! 🤗😉

Hey I have been wondering what is the deal with MRIs specifically head scans and microblading. I've been microblading for about a year and I'm just now getting a client that is getting a MRI soon and I am wondering what to tell them. I use Tina Davies pigment
lol... I did!! Most schools don't do loans or payment plans and the reason is, unfortunately they get stuck with unpaid payments and it becomes very expensive. However, Im sure some big companies would offer payment plans. What I always recommend to any student who can't pay for the class in full and needs payment plans is going through Pay Pal. Pay Pal offers payment plans 🌟💵
Thank you for this video!!!!! This is something I’ve been struggling with because I live on Texas by the border in a small town, and the cost of living is way cheaper than a big city. But having an introductory price is smart! Thank you!
how did you come about that number? im not disagreeing... i just am curious where that number came from? bc price will always vary depending on many factors.
I’ve said this before, I don’t think you understand how helpful you are to us, especially us newbies! THANK YOU!

No such thing as a dumb question. Usually I don’t need to do a touch up on a color boost bc really that is the touch up. 💯

that's a great idea! I will do a live on that next week! I'm thinking Thursday 10/24... stay tuned!
According to my experience with clients, if I break the price between initial appointment and the touch upI will get more inquiries! Like 75% and 25%
