I'm so sorry, I have zero baseball knowledge but now I'm curious. When something like this happens, what goes after? Like whose fault is this? The person who throws the ball gets to throw again?

Sometimes though, it's intentional, like if a particularly strong hitter is up they'll hit him rather than risk a scoring hit, or if there's bad blood between the teams. When a hit is clearly intentional, it's up to the umpires to decide what happens to the pitcher. Usually it'll be a warning, followed by an ejection. I've seen games where the teams have really bad blood between them and both teams have a warning before the game even begins and the ejections are immediate.
how is it?, that professional ball throwers, that are hired to thriw balls in a certain area, never charged with assaukt?, can almost guarantee if there was a competition with a oruze ifv10 million bucks, no pitcher would miss a target area?

This might just be me but i hate it when the crowd boos the pitcher when the batter gets hit. Like, 99% of the time, they don't mean to do that but they decide to boo them anyway because they apparently don't feel bad enough about injuring another player
