It's a beautiful house but u need to visit Jamaica we have some of the most beautiful houses in Jamaica jamaicans are very very created and well designed and we love our own unique designs I think it's the most well designed beautiful house in his community as far as I can see the colors I love it but ps take a trip to Jamaica and u will see wat I'm talking about we r the best and we love to create our own styles and design America build homes for money we build homes for durability there are so many ugly houses in America and mostly made of paper inside big up jbud show them how we do it each time I come home and see new homes they have a different styles beautiful beautiful mansions and very very strong the world knows we are the best ❤❤❤

Each time i visit my beautiful patadise im in awe where we get such unique design and so different wen u come to our island u cant believe wat ur seeing our houses are beaaaaaaaaFul and very different from any other island and even innthe country areas u wont believe ur eyes especially those on the hills with the greenery and the view fresh air and arwsome views u dont even need ac wen ur livin certainly areas in out counytr i miss it so.much thats y i have to go home as often as i can for the air here is so poluted and humid it make u sick the moment u exit the airplane u feel a different fresh atmosphere jamaica land of wood land and water and the best food ever fresh fruits fresh from the faŕm to the pot and mostly natural organic fruits and vegetables and the best coffee and white rum and now SFC is givin kfc a run for tgeir money ❤

I applaud J Bud for his achievement, his house looks like the Mona Lisa, from afar it looks nice, but up you see all the flaws, all the tradesmen seem to be learning the job in primitive times with primitive tools. I have watched other Jamaican builders do the same work and the results are breathtaking.JBud'workmen are messy and do not look professional, but you get what you pay for. good luck Jbud.

Hi jbud,Building contractors normally,would give you every five years ,to re paint out side ,as by then paint is needs replaced...
Close up,I did see the balcony,as some ruff concrete....These should have been done well ...
Your house,your sweat to keep the project going,through good times and not so good,from the water incident etc ....
Some of the plastering is not up to standard,if people are not so easy to please ,afraid to get other people rudeness ..Not me...Honesty is the best way to be...
Do it right as later it will cost a lot more to put it right...
Same thing that your brother is seeing ,the plastering was not done to prevent mould....
I speak from experience,had the same issue ,with my house...
Those steels look dangerous on top of the house,need a construction taping...

Paint your roof with Drylok and it will stop the leaks. Water is able to drain through, because concrete is permeable. Thin set will not stop leaks
