What’s ridiculous is the exact same builder and the exact same model floor plan in acension is at least $300k more than one in lake Las Vegas. Crazy What’s even crazier is when you do a blind bid for lit premiums and say it’s starting at 100K and you bid 150k. You still pay that 150k even if there was no other bidders. Builder greed!
