I made a jig that is 2 feet long and rectangle so i can wrap the silver wire like you would make rings on a metal rod. Except being rectangle it makes perfect anchor shapes. Its slightly tapered larger on one side where i make my cuts. When soldered back together, it makes a perfect symmetrical fit. Its not a sharp edge rectangle shape because i took off a tiny bit of the edge so they look nicer. The jig works best with the square wire. They look awesome when done.

I have several ounces of silver always collecting in case I want to make my jewelry...I have made several chain-mail design necklaces and bracelets like Byzantine, and four sq chain mail...but the largest silver I have used is 16 gauge. U are using unbelievable gauge! I would love to come learn from u...I too use a drill to wind my metal...man have I broken a few blades with my jewelry saw. Thank goodness most of mine I use wire cutters. I admire ur skill, dedication, and creativity. This s a beautiful piece of work! Thank u sir! Again....that’s a lot of silver!

Wowza!!! What an incredible jewelry artist you are! I would love to know more about you such as when did you begin crafting jewelry, how did you begin/learn and do you supply any jewelry stores or do have a display shop of your own other than your workshop? I checked the “about” section but maybe that’s not where to put info like that. Anyway, this was the first video of yours I have seen, so I will check others to see if you have already answered any of my questions!

These vids are amazing, if it’s not to much trouble do you do custom orders/ possible pricing? I really want a silver Cuban link bracelet and it’d be sick if I got it from you, I’m thinking about an 11mm wide and let’s just say 7 in. long until I find out my for sure wrist size. If not I perfectly understand and will most likely order something from your website regardless, thanks so much
