Great video Aaron, and great tools. Now set those skids and get back to work

My Columbia's have done thousands and thousands of meters of work over the last 5 years and are still as good as the day I bought them, better actually, the blades are worn perfect. Proper maintenance and care will keep them good indefinitely.

we had a 2.5 columbia angle head for taping the blades got loosen very quick after we bought it (within 6 months) and we dont tape that much, and while trying to replace the blades...somethine broke from the middle that kept both angle sides together, bottom line was cheaply made and then i switched to north star angle heads...2 years so far no problems still, but columbia flate boxes are the best and box handles

I've purchased a brand new 3" Columbia Anglehead and it's ripping the centre of the paper tape after I've rolled out my internal corners. Any ideas what I can do? I've gently filed the point where the top blades meet but still having issues.

I just have a question, for when you set your top blades. you want the very points of them to line up perfect as possible in the closed position. what I am wondering is when you have it fixed how you like then let the flusher go into an open position does that create tension on the blades? every time I think I have it right inlet the flusher sit open then I close it and it is no longer exactly flush at the points. the rest of my flusher is set correctly so I can't figure out what factor is throwing my angle head off. that's might be hard to understand but I tried my best to use understandable lingo lol

+Jay Hainsworth try only tightening the four screws furthest from the points and leave the two near the points not touching the blades at all this seems to work quite well and lets the blades float.

+ColumbiaTapingTools, Hey thanks alot for that tip that makes sense. Just wondering if you mean that I don't have to tighten the inside screws ( closest to the 90° point) or if they should just be adjusted firmly after its set to satisfaction

    個人的に欲しいツールです。老眼の私には、
    ちょっときついリペアです。
