Blizzard is currently looking into alternative control methods for Lifeweaver especially his dash and Damage/Healing so that his gameplay feels smoother. The player feedback seemd to came across.
I really hope we will have an option between old and new controls because not only we are developing muscle memory with him already but also his dash has a nice jump combo which gives you an extra distance if you dash on the ground and you can't do that if you have to jump to dash....
There is a workshop code that makes him feel good to play heal is on primary fire shoot is on alt fire dash is on jump (like hanzo) stylosa has a vid on the workshop code
Also not realizing that if you dash on the ground and jump at the end you go even further....but hey it was his first few games so it's understandable.
I recommend to bind the dash to rightclick, the weapon switch to shift and the flower to mouse wheel (down or up). For me, this feels SO much better, even better than the rightclick weapon switch bind. Lifeweaver plays kinda like tracer then. Try it out!
The first time i use him, i instantly rebind his life grip key (e) with the petals key (right click ), idk why but its smoother for me that way, but will try your trick here, maybe it would help a lot
I got killed by a friendly lifeweaver on my team, I was ball and under a doorway going to get health. They put a platform under me and I got stuck unable to move until it disappeared and the enemy team killede lol.
This was coming from someone who has put over 10h on the character already, i am currently diamond 3 love the new character and dont mind his key binds, he could use a slight buff but he's not bad most of the people who are complaining about him are silver/golds ive seen a couple plats but no one higher has been complaining. i've been getting 17k+ heals every game with my average being 10k heals every 10m. The character isnt broken but he isnt bad if someone is calling him bad they most likely are the ones who are bad at using him. The only buff i think that would be okay to help lower ranks are removing the slow on heal charge and making the heal auto charge these wont make him op while still accommodating to those lower ranks/ people who are struggling with him. this comment might be considered a hot take anyone who doesn't agree can suck it. Just play him and have fun you get used to the controls and for those on console just get a pc its so much easier to play games in general while still having a console for exclusives.

Honestly I just wish he would break up his fortnite content a bit, like instead of doing it EVERY time. Space it out, with other games in between. Fortnite, TF2/TF2C, etc. Could even do other games, like Payday 2, etc. We want Moreselk!
