I think it's hilarious how I as a support main can put out top damage and kills on Zen and Moira while still having more healing than my other support fairly often. I don't get how it's possible, but I'm not gonna argue with it when it happens. Best part is that I'm actually trying to heal, so I can't be yelled at.

Me too, the healing orb does more healing per second than the dmg orb does dmg in a second even if effecting the same amount of targets. So if you're facing a dmg heavy Moira in mirror match you can outplay her with your own healing orb.
this is the basic of moira healing juice that everyone forget , you need to fill it up by damaging the enemies but yet you are out damage your damager and tank all of sudden lmao. I always pick Moira when our damager so hopeless to get kills and cant give any impact for the team xD

Ok, lesson time. Apologies if we all know this but it's to answer the question. Win is playing Moira. Moira does consistent damage with primary fire, with little deviation. She also has a ranged damage orb that can hit opponents around corners or just at great distance. Finally, there's her Ultimate, Coalescence, a long range beam that passes through enemy barriers, damaging enemies and healing allies. Basically, Moira is a healer with large damage output. Muselk is paying Zarya. Zarya's primary method of damage is her beam, combined with her passive skill. When one of her shield bubbles takes damage, Zarya builds charge. The more charged Zarya becomes, the more powerful she is. However, the charge depilates overtime, and resets to zero on death, meaning that Zarya's damage can fluctuate depending on how charged she is, lower damage at lower charge and vice versa. An enemy team who doesn't hit the bubbles can effectively neuter her damage. Finally is her Ultimate, which draws all enemies in range into a black hole and holds them there, making them easy prey for allies, but does little, if any damage on its own. This means that Win as Moira can do more consistent damage at longer range and with more options than Muselk as Zarya. The fact that the challenge was issued in the first place meant Win was going to focus on damage over healing to try and, well, win.
