Him not just allowing him to stay down and telling him to fight through it is legit good coaching.
Yeah, even gave him a bit a space to figure it out like what a good sparring partner should do. The bad ones would go for the kill or keep the same pace when youre hurt

Yeah it really does seem that way. The fight through it was teaching him to be mentally tough. He started throwing a shot or two but it had zero power he was just trying to get the student to go from oh shit to OK let's get back up and keep it going.
From his initial intro, he needed to let of steam...at least he was there😂
Yeah, unfortunately the ref doesn’t know that Conor’s students “go through it”, he keeps stopping the fights once they get put to sleep.

Might just be the best advice Conor has ever given to his team, at least from this point. As he says this, he gives him a “break” by engaging in clinch but makes sure the fight goes on. Dope shit.

Was a nice touch giving him some shots showing him that just because your hurt you can’t stop Conor knows how to prepare guys
Didn't see Conor fight through his broken leg.....Easy to say and fun to knock a young guy out but doesn't practice what he preaches.Just a coked up steroid using alcoholic bullying someone under the guise of "help"Let's call it what it is.
They messed up not mixing up all the fighters. I think it would have been more interesting to see veterans alongside prospects on the same team vs the same on the other side.

This is some good coaching! Fight through it, coz if you go on your knees like that in the cage of a real fight then you are in so much trouble. Nice to see Conor falling back in love with the sport. 👏👏

Conor looks great! I really think that his passion for the sport is what motivates him. Money at this stage of his life would not make much difference for him and he is a smart businessman, so he doesn't need fighting, at least not financially. I'm always happy to see him because he's the one that got me interested in MMA.

You have no idea how a body shot can shut your soul, until you've had one, there's no learning how to fight through it, unless you fight through it.

I think Conor mentally needs MMA more than he’ll ever need it financially. You can tell when a man craves structure and discipline, you must never turn off the control of that man. He got rich and took the button with him, so now he’s lost.
But this right here was mentoring, this was coaching, he showed him exactly what he was made of by making him get up and push through it. Yea it was deliberate, yea she lived shot drops you like a rock, and yea you’re gonna feel it in the cage.
