Everything was nice until that one girl touched his chest at the end, that was way too much! Of course Tom didn't say anything about it and he probably didn't even think much of it, but even as a viewer that was extremely uncomfortable. People should respect boundaries, I don't care that you are in full 'fangirl-mode', that is a person, a stranger, you are just touching. It doesn't matter that you feel like you know him, he doesn't know you, so keep your hands to yourself. I worry about modern-day celebrities sometimes. Since the smartphone, they are 'forced' to get much closer to the crowd because everyone demands selfies and people start taking these kinds of liberties more and more. There is truly no privacy left for these people.
+Lisa Joanna I was actually going to make a comment saying the same thing, and then I read yours! Tom was being so kind and accommodating to his fans, but that girl was kind of rude. He even stepped further away right after that, so I think it made him uncomfortable too, but he was too polite to say anything. It just annoys me that he goes out of his way to please his fans, and then some of them take advantage of that.
If you look closer you will see he touched her arm first. So her motion was not rude, I think. First I thought the same as you, but then I saw this part again and noticed that.
10000% agree. I see people asking for selfies and signatures and I get that, but I don't get it when after they got that they just walk off??? Like- talk to him??? Communicate like he's a person?? That you would want to be friends with?? Treat him with respect??

The girl who touched his chest at the end was probably suffering from fatal fangirl- itis. I'm sure she's a huge, HUGE fan of him, so much to the point in which boundaries = optional. But at least Tom was nice about it.

If I saw Tom Hiddleston, I would probably start crying just from being in his presence. He is an amazing human being, and his roles in movies are fantastic, and I just love everything about him.

I am embarrassed for the Tom Hiddleston fans everywhere caused by the actions of that creepy girl near the end. Tom, come on! I know you're really nice and love your fans but don't get taken advantage of! >.
He seems like such a sweet person who has genuine enthusiasm for his craft and genuine gratitude for his fans. It must be weird having all those people screaming over you, but he handles it like a gentleman.

Toms such a good sport but sometimes personal space just goes out the window. He knows they love him very much and he just doesn't want to hurt anyones feelings. This is true for many actors. They are very open towards their fans and are sometimes caught off guard by their reactions.

Tom is very kind, giving and patient with his fans. Don't take advantage of that. Hell some celebrities don't even want to get that close to their fans anymore due to stuff like unwanted touching and certain requests. Hugs and selfies are fine but don't over do it. Just be chill. I say all the time, if you're chill they'll be chill. Don't make it awkward or uncomfortable, or else the celeb you're meeting wouldn't know how to handle your behavior.

He is very good looking. Heard he's even better looking in person. This is as close as we can get of him. He has light features because in real life he is blonde. So too much lighting
or strong sun can wash out his features. When the lighting is normal like in Thor (1) and here you can see his features, his lashes, his skin, etc. He is voted for years under imdb's huge database as one of the most handsome actors. H'es educated and one of the nicest down to earth actors (as you can see here) there is.

The best thing to watch when Tom meets fans on the red carpet or during location shooting are the faces of his security detail/handlers. They don't look terribly happy and super-serious, like Secret Service agents guarding a POTUS. Tom seems a little like Bill Clinton, always available to interact with his followers/fans and taking far more time than other actors with the fans. The security man in the gray suit whispered in Tom's ear at least three times, probably telling him it's time to get going. I also thought it funny that Jon Favreau, the director of Iron Man 1 and 2 and the actor portraying "Happy Hogan" walked right behind Tom and no one batted at eye, like "who's that?".

It took enough courage to sign autographs while people were flashing cameras and screaming in his face. Tom is extremely gracious to all of them...making comments, actually talking to them. Let's take this vid as an example to be kind (and not to embarrass for our own pleasure) popular folk. They're people just like everyone else. Treat how you would like to be treated. We could all use that lesson! :)
