I swear this UA-cam channel is the backbone of the orchid community. There’s no way I would have discovered this hobby without you and I’m sure countless others agree. Thanks for the help!
Really, really, really want to see long videos of your beautiful flowers in bloom. They make me so happy and I know you worked so hard to get them. Love them, don't stop making them, I look forward to them. I even go back and watch the old ones. We don't always have to learn.
Hi Danny! The new format is great. I think it is a good idea to still show at the end of th video what else is in bloom - maybe like a panoramic view - at least I really enjoy it! :) PS: The vanda mini palmer is definitely in my wish list for when I have more space - for my limited space I'd pick the Onc.Heaven Scent!
I like this new style a lot. Definitely makes sense to give information about the plants as well. The nice part about the previous way was that it was nice feelgood video to watch. Length and showing a lot of blooms was very nice for that. I guess, you could also show those quickly at the end, that way people might give you ideas of which plants deserve more focus next time, or in a separate video..
Great idea! I enjoy the inclusion of care tips with bloom sharing. It provides a bit of education for someone interested acquiring an orchid outside of their comfort zone, or expansion of collection. These future shares are going to be marvelous, thank you!
Enjoyed the new format a lot! It is very encouraging to hear that all these gorgeous orchids can be grown in home conditions. Am a the point when I want them all!!! 😆 Only harsh winter conditions in the hills (and lock-down at the moment) rein in my desire to order new orchids. Anyway, Gorgeous blooms, Danny!
Great work, love it. Good to have the printed summaries. Just found a battered Sharry Baby. Lovely scent, but needed re potting to remove rotted medium. Still flowering like mad. My Maxillaria Tuenifolia arrived the same day. I was so happy. Best Orchid channel out there. Thank you.
great videoi danni! one of my favourite orchids you have its the farmeri , i like both the pink and white variety egg yolk look. if im lucky i will get the pink one soon, fingers crossed. I hope you stay with this format its like missorchid girl 2.0 you have taught a lot about orchids to so many people now you show us how growing orchids is like on your side. Although you do do that with updates but i really enjoyed this for somereason. you see what goes behind reblooming orchids! thank you xoxLeah
I love the new format miss orchid girl, I hope you make a specific tutorial about callista type dendrobiums like the farmeri and the agregattum. They are a little bit confusing to me now that I haveb those 2. Especially in a climate like mine that does not experience much cool down that I have to expose every orchid outside to stress them to bloom.. The straw poll is still fun to have😄.. still orchids in bloom is such fun and so happy to see and know them better at the same time. Encourage us to try them
Great video. I like small orchids but the beautiful vanda the other day looks terrific. I just can’t get my Phals to spike. They are now growing roots where spikes should be. I do enjoy your orchids and Charlie of course.
Very nice new format, great idea to mention the ones that need a cool down, maybe you could try giving an approximate bloom lasting for each featured plant (even though conditions we provide may alter this) Oh and that instru is super cool 👌
I love the new format Danni😀❤️ but I wish to still see all of your orchids in bloom every month💖 thrips are really hard to eradicate, hopefully they’ll be gone in your orchids.🙂
I love your videos!!! Care tips and Blooms are perfect videos! Your videos are about the only ones that hold my attention and love watching them. I look forward watching new posts and old ones. I am constantly learning. Only downside is I am always see a orchid of yours that I want for my collection 😁😉🥰. Just bought my first Miltonia so now learning that orchid. Orchids are really only available to me in grocery stores😔 and Web but that can get expensive! Well i started my collection at beginning of year and I am up to 44 orchids. I come home with an orchid and my kid’s response are “Another orchid? Don’t you have enough?” I am about to consider it an “addiction”🤣. Seeing the Flowers makes me happy though! Congratulations (from Arizona USA)on your success with videos ( UA-cam)!!!👍🏻I can’t express how much I appreciate your type of videos!
I just accidentally erased all I wrote. Paula from Mexico. I liked this video. Very informative. I just ordered 4 of what you showed today & more. I got a Bellina double trouble from OrchidWeb. It came ok. I think I ordered about 7 plants I like. I’ll hold my breath till they come.
Oh man, I shouldn’t have watched this!! I have new orchids on my wishlist 😂😂 the Neofineta Falcata “Nishidemiyako, Maxillaria Teunifolia & Phalaenopsis Zheng Min Anaconda “ya phan” I’m all for the scented orchids. Thank you Danny your videos are so helpful 🌿💖
Hi Danny. When you mentioned your miltoniopsis, had mentioned was hard to grow in your environment (?), I was thinking the Dendrobuim Cuthersonii. Thought then Dendrobuims isn't that hard to maintain, and I was wrong. Roger had mentioned is not for the faint at heart, which I witnessed and sadly lost. When conditions isn't right it'll just drop all its' leaves (mini) and die 😵. This is nice format with info and experience on each orchid though the straw poll was enjoyable too. Love from the states and keep well.
All of the orchids brought a smile to my face. Danny where did you get these orchids ? I would love the chocolate one in my collection. I lived in New York, please let me know where I can get it. Thanks so much for helping orchid lovers.
I like this new series very informative video keep up the excellent work 🤩and I like the new info cards with each plant you’re talking about 😊 keep this theme please. Your orchids look beautiful as always happy growing 🌱🌸 Now I have some orchids written down on my wish list from watching this video 😂
I will miss all the orchids and flowers were used to see in one those long videos 😪😢 but the added information is always good, can you PLEASE maintain the strawpoll to decided who was the orchid of the month!!
Hi Orchid Girl, I am glad I came across your channel. I love orchids but don’t know how to look after them. First of all I wanted to thank you for the video. I know how hard is to make it good. I am very new to your channel and have lots of questions about the flower. Would you please clarify a few things for me? 1. Is black pot ok? I heard that it needs clear one. 2. What size pot should I use? I used to think that it needs the smallest pot as possible to fit all the roots. 3. My orchid has lots of roots sticking out. Do I put it all inside the pot when I repot it? 4. When to repot it if it always blooming? 5. I bought a special stuff for repotting the orchids but it only has bark in it - no soil or moss. Will it be ok? Thank you again, Elena
Neo. Kibana take a while to get yellow. They start creamy white then get more yellow as time goes on. They are at their most saturated yellow just before they fall. Hope that helps!
Loved your video! 9 on wishlist and 5 from them as must have! I will start my research now... Maxillaria , Comet King Akatsuki, Phalaenopsis I-hsin the big bang..
I too love everything chocolate, but oddly enough I don't like the chocolate scent on anything that isn't food. I don't mind floral scents in my food, though; I'm weird like that. As for orchids, the Big Bang definitely caught my eye, as I love everything having to do with astronomy. From now on, I'll have to keep an eye out for this one at the supermarket and on eBay.
I have a question! I'm new to growing orchids and I was wondering how often you should water it and how much? I usually like to keep it a little moist for my other plants. Should I do the same for this? I'm worried about it being dry. Won't that kill it?
I have a Rlc Jairak Kiku..it’s about a year old & hasn’t really done much of anything..hasn’t really grown much but it’s not dead either . The leaves are very dark green to purple..is this normal? What is the proper care water ,& light for it ? I could really use your advice 🙂I love all your orchids..

I enjoyed the new format. My favorite orchid changed to each one as you showed it, but I really liked the single yellow Phalaenopsis at the end.
Terrific new format!
Great idea! I enjoy the inclusion of care tips with bloom sharing. It provides a bit of education for someone interested acquiring an orchid outside of their comfort zone, or expansion of collection. These future shares are going to be marvelous, thank you!
I bought my first Vanda today. I'm excited. It has 6 leaves on it. 🌺‼️
I love the new format, looking at orchids never gets old but learning how to keep them alive is priceless. Thank you 🥰
Enjoyed the new format a lot! It is very encouraging to hear that all these gorgeous orchids can be grown in home conditions. Paula from Mexico. The ones on my wish list is 1. Cattleya Chester, I like the orange color. 2. Phaleonopsis Big Bang.
Hi Danny. Great video series. Only the music in between is too loud. Had to put volume down for the music and then back when you talk. 😏
This format is great and maybe you can do a kind of slideshow at the end to show those that didnt make it into the video 😄✨
Very nice format !!
Loved your video! 9 on wishlist and 5 from them as must have! I will start my research now... Maxillaria , Comet King Akatsuki, Phalaenopsis I-hsin the big bang..

How do you change or alter your temps per individual orchids in your grow room and keep them next to each other?
What product do Dani use for thrips? I use tree & shrub systemic drench.
