I changed the performance setting in order to provide a better perfomance and that ruined how the texts were displayed specifically on Chrome, they started to look like some windows 95 texts. I performed the DPI last fix from the video on Chrome and it worked perfectly while keeping the best performance option. Thanks a lot!
Sadly none of this helped. Certain fonts tend to have very poor rendition on my PC especially or exclusively on vertical lines. I have good quality dual 24" monitors and a crazy good GPU. Identical with all web browsers I've tried (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and probably with other apps as well but I tend to run into the greatest variety of different fonts on the web so it's hard to be certain.
please if I open some programs in my computer the icons and text inside that program look blurry and fading out but if I hover the pointer over them, they become clear. But becomes blurry if I remove the pointer. please help me.
This is great and helps a lot after upscaling my monitor from it's original state 1920x1080 to 4k. Liked and saved to my troubleshooting guide lol. ! Cheers!
Does not work. Clicking the box and taking the test changes nothing. "Font smoothing " and possibly registry changes are necessary to restore true 1-color font from present ClearType color smear. Test in Microsoft "Paint". If flood filling an area with a color occupied by letters or numbers typed in with that same color does not erase them, "ClearType" is still smearing your typing.
I need 125% scaling to be able to use my PC, but I followed the rest of the suggestions, and it worked. Thanks a lot!
