Arrocha is a great store, they have a 2-level store in David that has so many great things for sale. When I first left the US, it was great to be able to have a source for good skincare. I'm sure in Panama City there are lots of stores too.
Yes, that store has a lot of the skincare brands I used to see at Sephora or other stores. I think I’ve been to that one in David!
But we double or triple of the price here in USA
@@mariaolson3034 I don’t buy those kinds of products - I found a face oil I like to use. Most of the time I don’t use a moisturizer! The humidity is great for skin 😊

I was thinking about that if people out of Panama wanted to donate - the only thing I thought of was to go through my pay pal and I can then do a bank transfer to his bank (with proof of transfer of course). That was wonderful, Patty. Gilberto is amazing. I was wondering the same thing… about donating. Do you know how to do a go fund me? I bet it would be successful. I just donated to someone in Australia, who is trying to get her friend a wheelchair and they got double the money he even needed. He’s in an assisted living. It’s phenomenal. It would be great if we could share that for Gilberto. I’m in Chicago! But I love Panama and the people. I’ve been there twice and they are so kind. I would love to help.
@@annapaz4 oh I’m glad you enjoyed that. I did learn that at one point the municipality talked about giving him a flat parcel of land but nothing came of that.
I’m not too familiar with GoFundMe but I know it is not in Panama.

Arrocha has gotten worse since they changed their checkout situation. Used to make sense and be way more efficient. One line, next available cashier. Now it's separate lines so you're at the mercy of whatever BS is going on in front of you. Annoying.
