I share my experience with u. I waited for 35yo to buy hdb but ended up buying a 1 bedder condo after comparing. Did not regret as it had appreciated like 30% after 7 yrs. N way much newer than resale hdb. Now with 900k u still can find city fringe 1 bedder near mrt.
@@520chris what if in late 20s, looking for potential partner: go for investment condo/own stay or wait until married then go for 1 hdb + condo strategy? Or go for 1 condo now, then married get another one with 2 names?
It seems like the most rational decision is to get a resale flat, from all of the panel's discussion.

If I were u I will not wait till 35yo. Even though I hv earn a profit, I would have earn even more if I bought 4 yrs earlier.
Now I'm ready to upgrade to a 2 bedder 😊

Get the BTO. dont see property as investment vehicles. Dont pay silly money to profit others
