Completely agree with your review. Been waiting for this lost album for years, especially since 2014 when they shared the title track (not included here, though) on Soundcloud. Finally got my copy today and it has made my night. I had expectations and I was afraid of disappointment. But my expectations were fulfilled, "House For Sale" is a brilliant pop album, actually quite different from "Song". It has the same emotional intensity but also a lighter, more "accessible" pop sound, with a lot of nice atmosphere. Some really radio-friendly songs that still have a lot of originality about them. Strong, personal lyrics, just like on "Song". This album of is one of the few good things about 2020!

Worth the wait, no doubt about it...
Rumour is they may be in Liverpool in October 24
They played with Deaf School last year so hopefully they'll do more gigs!
I pledged for a signed version of the record 3 1/2 years ago. I just got it! It was worth the wait. I think all 3 albums are very special indeed. A treasure .Good review too!
