Good video and all but the ps4 version runs at 30 now if you do play ps4 version on PS5 than it runs at 60 but the render distance is still low but the ps5 version the render distance is high and it run at 120 to 60 fps but great video just wanted to let you know that

It’s nice that they managed to get SB on PS4 to run much more smoothly to a acceptable frame rate, but personally, I think keeping the game running at 60 fps at all times should just be a option, I would like to see if you can pick 30 fps for a higher resolution and for more consistent gameplay (this isn’t a FPS shooter, so you don’t really need 60 fps for this game, but you should still have the option to run it at 60 fps), seeing that it’s coming to the Xbox One and Xbox Series X probably means we will get even more optimization updates!
I really think they should've waited just a bit longer to release the game, cause now that it's fixed most popular let's players already finished the game and won't replay it, but if it had been released late but with the fixes it would've probably gotten a better reaction from people. Anyway, that aside, great video bro!!! Your editing keeps getting better and better :D

the game is more playable, but... how does it still have the map rendering bug?, kinda. After I saw the new horizon run smoothly on the ps4 base I wonder how a game with much more realistic graphics runs better than the new fnaf?

The thing is that Horizon is developed by a really big team, and fnaf is developed by a really small team, and also the games are coded in different ways so that's why horizon runs better than fnaf, but you are totally right :( If they work more on fixing this, im sure they would get there but oh well :(
Another thing today, got on the game and they seem to have put EULA contract into the game now and also before the game, they seemed to have put something as the Freddy Logo shows up and on the bottom, a turning thing with words that say Adjust until the Freddy logo is no longer visible. Also upgraded versions of the game maybe offered by the company apparently. It also says “Updates of the game may be subject to changed system requirements and may require the installation of preceding updates, third party components and/or additional or changed hardware. I was reading about the update and it said “If the company elects to provide you with additional functionalities or capacities for the game by way of updates(as defined below), this agreement shall be extended to those updates. Subject to the conditions set forth herein, you hereby acknowledge and assume the risk of obtaining the integration of such future legal or technical requirements into your updated version of the game. Oh yeah one more it also said “Company may find it necessary to make updates or reset may cause you setbacks within your engagement within the game and may affect saved files, characters, games”

They did a decent job with the update. But I feel that the frame rate still needs improvement in some areas Especially the main atrium. Plus the constant hitching.

on my PS4 Pro it runs at crisp 60 fps on a new patch at all time, even at the Big Mall where they are these holograms performing (I forgot the name, i don't care about names, sue me) but overall, game is now descent to me. I can finally play it as I wanted it 3 months ago.

I've updated my game to the latest patch 1.11 but the save points and screens are still all pixilated when I go near them and can't find a way to get them looking normal
Yeah i have a ps4 slim too, I played this game again on stream some day's ago and i saw how awfully pixelated it looks now (this video is kinda old now), apparently they changed it back to way more pixelated which sucks :( and also i think you can't even change the video settings in ps4 which also sucks :(

I think yes :D but at the cost of the image quality D: game looks a little worse now, textures look not that great :( but the game is now playable (most of the time :D) maybe with the DLC they Will uodate the game again, we don't know :o

Hi! sorry for the late response! Steel wool (the programers of the game) noticed this was an error, and already fixed it! you should be able to get the DLC on the PS Store :D, hope you enjoy the dlc!!!
I feel like the only reason why its soo bad before update, is the fact every PS4 just uses a hard drive. Even the PS4 Pro, which handles the game better "kinda" had these issues. Like.... I know sony couldn't get an SSD for those systems at the time the Slim and Pro versions were released for a good price.... But it still should've been an option. Like.... a 300GB SSD would probably still keep the slim within budget... Maybe. I don't know what SSD prices were back then, but maybe a 256GB version would've been worked since you can still install games on that, and use an external one. Then maybe a 512GB SSD for the Pro version. tho luckily the things drive is more easily user replaceable than the Xbox one S/X, so you can just get a good but cheap $45 SSD on amazon or something with 1TB, and use that for games like these that need a faster drive. Also because the PC version benefits from this more.
Honestly love the game and the way it's differentiated itself from other titles. I am grateful for how the PS4 version exists but I can't help but compare it to other games on the platform in terms of visuals and performance. I don't blame steelwool for this at all as they clearly worked under a lot of pressure and deadlines to get the game out. But I just feel with a little more time in the oven, the game as a whole across all platforms could have been much smoother (especially PS4). I think that people forget how well games like the last of us 2 and the Spider-Man games run and look sometimes. Obviously don't expect ray tracing or anything but I just feel some of the textures could ha been a little less pixelated and the frame rate would be more stable. I do love the game tho regardless. It's just a shame it was rushed out for holiday release 🙃

That's just the game loading! You should give it some seconds and it should continue as normal, if not give it some minutes, and if not, try restarting the console or re-installing the game, hope this helps! 🫂

I had no idea that the Ps4 version has so much trouble running the game. Who thought it was a good idea to put it on Switch? And who made it run better than the unpatched Ps4 version? I need names, I want to shake their hands.
the people who port games to switch are masters of optimization, the Wolfenstein and doom ports run beautifully and look pretty good (seriously panic button did the impossible)

I have a problem, i play on ps4 too and I dont have that update i checked for updates and its says it is latest version does anyone know how to fix that?
Maybe the update was downloaded automatically? :D If not, go to your home menu, select the game, press the options button, go to "Check for updates" and it should start downloading :D And if that doesn't work, maybe try uninstalling the game and downloading it again (Back up your save data first!)
actually you should B) you have a really fun game (there was a NEW new update that makes it run very good) and now the ruin dlc! it is worth the $40 :D
Occasionally, the game still looks like it has lower res textures, which is what I think they did to improve it.... But who cares :P people still stuck on PS4s can play this better now
To be honest, i feel like getting in on the PS4 is the best way to play it right now for you, even tho the PS4 version does not run perfectly, i feel it would run better on the ps4, even i got it on the ps4 cuz the game is pretty heavy (in terms of Visuals and performance) for my pc Hope you enjoy the game! :D
ps4 is the worst? i have a ps5, and it crashed when i tried to take a shortcut to the main atrium, because it couldn't load it all at ones. and same goes for going in the elevator to a new area

You have to be on the Home Screen of you ps4, have the game selected, press the options button and select check for updates :D You should get the update like that, if not maybe it is already updated

I went back on this week and noticed how the save sign was pixilated again but every other digital sign was clear as day.

That's just the game loading!
You should give it some seconds and it should continue as normal, if not give it some minutes, and if not, try restarting the console or re-installing the game, hope this helps! 🫂

Hi, I'm not English so I'll be using the translator. I really see the game again as before, all pixelated, and at 30 FPS. I don't understand why, I remember that I left the game in monty's part, because the performance was so rubbish that I couldn't even pass it on Graphics still look pixelated. nope :( no clickbait or ps4 pro footage... (it is ps4 slim footage)
they somehow made it worse with more recent updates, some textures look even worse than before... hopefully they'll fix it when the DLC comes out! :D

it ran 30 fps, but with the new update they improved the performance so it runs better and most of the time at 60fps :D

I had no idea that the Ps4 version has so much trouble running the game. Who thought it was a good idea to put it on Switch? And who made it run better than the unpatched Ps4 version? I need names, I want to shake their hands.
the people who port games to switch are masters of optimization, the Wolfenstein and doom ports run beautifully and look pretty good (seriously panic button did the impossible)

@@Joxe1 When I got to the docks door when you like see the button but vanny made it a higher level A Chica spawns behind me and chases me randomly then when I get through the door there there is another Chica and it starts chasing me then when you get into the laundry place thingy (I'm dumb and don't remember the names sorry) when I get in there there is another Chica so then there is 3 Chica's walking around the place and all I hear is "Who wants candy" but three times all together-

Maybe the update was downloaded automatically? :D
If not, go to your home menu, select the game, press the options button, go to "Check for updates" and it should start downloading :D
And if that doesn't work, maybe try uninstalling the game and downloading it again (Back up your save data first!)

you have a really fun game (there was a NEW new update that makes it run very good) and now the ruin dlc! it is worth the $40 :D
Occasionally, the game still looks like it has lower res textures, which is what I think they did to improve it.... But who cares :P

To be honest, i feel like getting in on the PS4 is the best way to play it right now for you, even tho the PS4 version does not run perfectly, i feel it would run better on the ps4, even i got it on the ps4 cuz the game is pretty heavy (in terms of Visuals and performance) for my pc

ps4 is the worst? i have a ps5, and it crashed when i tried to take a shortcut to the main atrium, because it couldn't load it all at ones. and same goes for going in the elevator to a new area

fnaf sb on ps4 can no longer be repaired, the only correct solution is to either eliminate the game from this platform or overclock the console

You have to be on the Home Screen of you ps4, have the game selected, press the options button and select check for updates :D
You should get the update like that, if not maybe it is already updated
