Great video and some very useful information. One thing around sizing I'd like to add. I'm a female cyclist, and not the tallest! 5'2" to be precise. However, I own a R&M Supercharger, 46cm frame and I get along with it just fine. I'm new to e-bikes but have cycled all my life (road and Mtb) , so would call myself a cyclist rather than someone looking for say, an alternative mode of transport. The Supercharger is a heavy (but solid!) lump and I can understand that some shorter riders would perhaps not feel confident with it, especially riding around town with frequent stops. It's a bike, but not a bike, e-bikes are a different 'thing' so you have to adjust your mindset. The moral is, try before you buy. I live in the UK, and one R&M dealer wouldn't even let me test ride the bike as he 'decided' I was too short. Needless to say I took my money elsewhere! It's a great bike, a game changer in fact, almost a vehicle replacement, I absolutely love it and use it every day! So the moral of the story is, have an open mind, try it, you may be surprised. I've made several tweeks with saddle/stem/bar height and positioning but I'm now happy with it.
I just bought the supercharger from you guys and I am very excited to get it!! Awesome, helpful and informative sales team that is working at your store, thank you.
The supercharger is oke. But this one does not reach 45 km per hour by far. Yes, just for 1 or 3 minutes, a trained cyclist and then you can't get it around anymore. My experience with the E speed is a maximum of 35 kilometers per hour with a belt drive and that's it. He doesn't have enough power in the mountains either. There are several bicycles that simply cycle past me. What is your experience with this e speed supercharger? Love from Holland.
Hi friend. I see that you have the ortlieb pannier on the homage without any adapter, how do you do that? The hooks of my ortlieb pannier are simplely too small to hook on the rear rack of the homage. Are there two sizes of hooks in the ortlieb line?
Some Ortliebs have a smaller hook. The bags we sell have the QL2.1 hook, which fits up to 16mm diameter. It is a snug fit with the Homage, but it works great. An additional QL2.1 hook set for 17-20mm is available.
I like the brand but more has to be done to reduce the weight of their touring bikes, less emphasis on the latest Gen 4 Bosch motor that no one needs for long distance cycling...time battery tech improved in lieu of bigger power tubes that just increase weight!
WARNING about R&M Homage dual battery Bicycles and Bosch systems, look this after 5 months of use, first 2months I have to change the motor make noise now I have to change the Motor Bosch again make noise again, loose the eShifth very often, loose air in the back suspension shock, covers from the battery fall down on the street when I ride,Water get inside the switch (made in China) BRC351,tension spring get very rust after I ride on the rain,if I use 50psi on the tires it touch the screws in the front and back under the fenders, BIG MISTAKE to pay Cad$17000 for this shi... brand, this people here are pay by R&M to make that kind of comments about the brand me I am a REAL consumer with the REAL problems...

This is THE BEST R&M video to understand the models and differences!! If I lived in Seattle, I’d be in your store tomorrow!

Nice overview. 👏🏻
Tell us a little about yourself and your store.
Where are you located etc.
Love this video. Can you speak to what sets these bikes apart from something like the Priority Current that rocks the gates belt drive?
