- German unification was carried out from 1866 to 1871, and was orchestrated by Prussian Chancellor Otto von Bismarck. Prior to the unification, Germany didn't exist as one nation, instead it was divided into many separate kingdoms and states, including the Kingdom of Prussia and the kingdom of Austria. In this video, I have explained the unification of Germany in detail in Hindi.
