करणी माता का मन्दिर (Karni Mata Temple) एक प्रसिद्ध हिन्दू मन्दिर है जो राजस्थान के बीकानेर जिले में स्थित है। इसमें देवी करणी माता की मूर्ति स्थापित है। यह बीकानेर से ३० किलोमीटर दक्षिण दिशा में देशनोक में स्थित है। करणी माता का जन्म चारण क्षत्रिय कुल में हुआ यह मन्दिर चूहों का मन्दिर भी कहलाया जाता है। इस पवित्र मन्दिर में लगभग 25000 चूहे रहते हैं (Temple of Rats) इस मन्दिर का निर्माण बीकानेर के महाराजा गंगा सिंह ने राजपूत शैली में लगभग १५-२०वीं सदी में करवाया था।
