Are you planning to help your current set of buyers who invested in this project and paid 5 lakhs 2 years ago on a 10-90 plan and are still waiting to get a Builder Buyer Agreement?
Instead M3M asked me to pay 25 lakha in Jan and was not willing to give a builder buyer agreement.
This is happening to a lot of people who invested in M3M projects and can happen to you also so pls think before investing with M3M

Same happened with me too. Builder sold the units without informing that these were frozen units. I will suggest avoid ing M3M or smartworld.
