Because in the Philippine Version(Masked Singer Pilipinas) the remaining contestants has knowledge or somehow witness the unmasking of the elminated contestants. For example in the episode when VALENTINO(carl guevarra the lead singer of the band THE JUANS) was eliminated, in the next episode DIWATA which is another contestant mentioned in her next clue package that in her first song she sang in her first appearance she borrowed the song from VALENTINO, because the somg DIWATA sang on her first appearance was from Valentino, maybe because the remaining contestants in the philippine version gets to see who are underneath the mask upon elimination or the director or the crew of the show informs the remaining contestants the identity of the eliminated contestants
