Great stuff. I went through the Virology 2020 lecture last year & it's good to hear it all again in the current(2021) context. -- though you mis-spoke at 17:50. The transcription SV40 factor is Sp1, not Spl. I used to think about this sort of thing (transcription), some decades ago, in Madison. (Enjoying the new textbook, too.)
