The bell and motor make me think they are from the 80's or something.
I love those lifts, these lifts are on my bucket list to film, I love everything about that lift, the full proper intelligent levelling, the build quality with a heavy duty chassis, the design, the bell & everything else about that lift just screams Mitsubishi, I actually wonder the same as you if Mitsubishi & Fujitec are linked. (BTW, It's at Woking, Peacocks Centre if anybody is wondering)
Never knew Woking had service lifts! Where are they!?
All these new kones are 2020-2021 all part of the regeneration rubbish
Visit my country and find the elevators here (Philippines)
You should do something because this is the 15th birthday of this channel
The bell is just amazing
What video is that at 12:08 of the outro?
fun fact: fujitec is the only one that is japanese, anything apart from it is made in china like fuji.
What about Mitsubishi?
@@MitsubishiGTO im talking companies that start with fuji
Mitsubishi doesnt count here
Nah the legit Fujitec ones we get here in Brazil are from their chinese subsidiary, Huasheng Fujitec. Still real Fujitec but not the *proper* Fujitec stuff... it's of a noticeably cheaper overall quality...
Same for Kone, since they came back to our market in 2017 all of their equipment is the cheaper chinese stuff. Far off from the European+national equipment they had for us back in the 90s. Ahhh the good old days of the iconic TMS50e + MR12 combo...
@@livionaves Huasheng Fujitec supplies for most of Asia and some parts of Europe now, their Japanese factory only caters to the local Japanese market. Only super high speed or custom installations (and a few mods) are from Japan these days

The other lift in this video also features a FUJITEC from the same era with a very similar sounding chime too! I have never heard any other FUJITEC lift that produces this specific bell chime, so this is definitely something unique!
All Fujitec in Asia is made in China since 2010, Huasheng Fujitec factory in China
Hey beno, I’m always in Woking. I don’t know what’s happening sad news though. Last time I saw them they had wrapped in kone like they were being modernised or changed. I don’t know I’ll check again but sad :(.
Loved seeing that fujitec.
beno, you should look at fujitech lift at noi bai airport, vietnam , this lift got vietnamese voice and uk voice and it super rare
Hi Beno I love the lift videos and may I ask do you have Asperger syndrome? I have it as my personal subject is trains in the UK and I have a freedom pass in London so that I can travel around London for free,
There is so much Otis and ecodiscs lifts around even disabled outdoor lifts in our great city of London
Yes. He made a video about it called "Aspergers is NOT the same thing as Autism"
Fujitec and Mitsubishi are both Japanese companies. I'm not sure how their designs are in other parts of the world, but they're definitely different from each other.
This video is sponsored by bogey pie juice. The world’s most healthy pie juice in the world. Only one calorie.
nice to see these rare elevators :)
Let's hope Evil Owl doesn't turn these lifts into generics!
these lifts remembers Russian mogilev lifts
How did u get to the top? Did no one see u?
Fantastic video as always Beno ❤️ those bells such classic lift
Asian lifts are a total mystery to me
Hopefully the don’t get modernised as the the glass ones got turned into Ecodiscs.
Ah well, at least it's much better than a generic.
I have come across these lifts in the past. Are they different from Schindler and Otis lifts.
"Ding!"
It's great that it's still got the original emergency phone.
Looks like they have had the buttons replaced more recently or have just had new lights installed in the buttons with a light update to the cab interiors. Pretty much blue and white LEDs had only just become commercially available in the early 1990s and were not very commonly used yet.
Shame the cartop controls have been replaced, other than that very nice!
0:12 pretty sure it's just overall way higher japanese quality standards with super overengineering
Ting! The totally tropical taste \m/
It’s Like SJEC Lift😂
i got in the motor room of those fujitec lifts awesome lift
Nice
Dear Beno , I went to the Express glass lifts in Northampton Grosvenor Shopping Centre and I safety breaked them and I found an Epic old dumbwaiter in Oxfam in Northampton Kingsthorpe

I love it

Now you see you have missed a sitter here today.
Perhaps _this_ attempt to explain the general feeling of dismay that the Firster clique can cause might get through.
I don't get the rush that I guess you get from the rush to be first. It's all a bit "biscuit game" in it's wonky priority to me.
I'm not one of those Stop cos I say so commenters that you get on and off. You will come to the stage of setting aside such things in the fullness of time as we all do. No ( and here's my point [at last] ) I just would like you to acknowledge the effort put in to these videos by the Bens and others of this world, by posting your thoughts when you've got your breath back from the rush and have watched the vid. They are the very ones who are giving you the means to do your do in the first place!
It's vanishingly rare that I see a second actual that was good/pants comment from you firsters.
Had you bothered to watch you would have been able to link this announcement in the lift here in the video 00:50 with this iconic lift announcement from the past:
First floor telephones,
gents ready-made suits,
shirts, socks, ties, hats,
underwear and shoes...going up
Patience, all fifty seconds of it, is a virtue!
