      That is exactly correct!
On the Lars Larson talk radio show daily often comes on to talk about the current crime and the shootings is an ex Portland Cheff of police who is saying the shootings that have become out of control are the doing of Biden illegal immigrant invaders connected to the Mexican drug cartels who are having shoot outs with rial gangs and people also involved in the drug trade like he said there is a Russian gang involved in the drug trade and selling of children for sex slavery all of this in Portland is connected to the crime up and down the west coast and over all of the US.
The KKK communist democrats don't want to enforce laws on these criminals because they crime and murder using guns is then said to be GUN VIOLENCE all to scare the stupid people into accepting these guns law bills to become law.
The KKK communist democrats need violence and crime it is a tool use in all communism across the world to keep the country's population is a state of fear to continue to crack down on the population and as are own communist democrat use these violent criminal invading immigrants to cause crime and murder then little but little take our rights away from us like this anti 2A bill would do.
It is going to take civil war to take American back from communist democrats.
Has anyone thought of losing your right to drive a car - truck when the KKK communist democrats outlaw petroleum?
When petroleum is outlawed the plastics - fertilizer and more are gone
This is how sure the KKK communist democrats are of rigging all elections to be in control of the US to force all Americans to either walk or the very rich to buy a $100.000 electric car by 2030.
The KKK communist democrats know this will start a war, so this is why we see across the U.S unconstitutional and illegal gun laws being passed or tried to be passes to get the guns now.

As a Washington State resident and a supporter of the Constitution: I do NOT support any action, bill, or legislation that restricts law abiding citizens from having the full access to their 2nd amendment freedoms. This country was founded upon these liberties and any attempt to remove them would be in direct violation of the oathes that every political figure swore to uphold. The very introduction of these bills incites a mistrust and transparency into the underlying motives of the current political leadership.

Having to own a gun for protection isn't a freedom!
Having free healthcare like the developed countries is a freedom!
Having homelessness living in houses is a freedom!
Having the ability to only work one job not three is a freedom!

    • @Dustinicus.
      @Dustinicus. Рік тому +6

@TA-wg9oi freedom is the ability to have self determination, and decide what is best for yourself. Freedom is not having the government decide where you can live, what doctor you can see, and what job you are allowed to do.
I work one blue collar job, live in a house, and take care of my own health by the choices I make in my life. I am technically "poor" and the only thing I want from the government is to step aside and allow me the freedom do what I want and stay out of my personal business.
All of the "freedoms" you have described are choices you make, and are not the government's business to get involved in.
The government does not provide freedoms, it is merely meant to protect your freedom of choice.

Hmm, I'm curious, exactly what are "2nd Amendment freedoms," and what does that have to do with what's going on in the Sovereign State of Washington? There seems to be a fundamental misunderstanding of what the 2nd Amendment is and isn't. The 2nd Amendment is an additional limitation on FEDERAL power to infringe upon our right to keep and bear arms, additionally no authority is granted to the federal government in its limited, enumerated powers to infringe upon them in the first place. The 2A is a restriction on the Federal government, not applicable to the State of Washington. Washington has it's own Constitution.
Chief Justice John Marshall explained this back in the early 19th Century: “The constitution was ordained and established by the people of the United States for themselves, for their own government, and not for the government of the individual states. Each state established a constitution for itself, and in that constitution, provided such limitations and restrictions on the powers of its particular government, as its judgment dictated." The Federal Bill of Rights was never intended to apply to the States. Would you apply the 2nd Amendment to Canada, or to Great Britain, or to Japan...why not? That's right, because they are sovereign nations, the same goes for the States. The Declaration of Independence, the Treaty of Paris recognized each State in this way.
"The Bill of Rights doesn’t give anybody any rights at all. It prohibits the FEDERAL Government from interfering with rights each individual already has. They should have called the first 10 amendments the “Bill of Restrictions.” It would have eliminated a lot of confusion."
Rep Walsh was correct in citing the Washington State Constitution as the controlling authority, but subsequently went off the constitutional rails when he suggested a "Federal court" would overturn. It's none of the Feds business, it's not a Supreme Court issues.
No question whatsoever HB1240 violates the Washington constitution's protection of the right to keep and bear arms. This is matter for state courts. The bill clearly is meant to not only impair the RTKBA, but with it's "Law Enforcement, government" exemption it's meant to give government a monopoly on force.

There is a game afoot. The bluetard States and the ATF want to put as many FFL's out of business as they can. The bluetard States know they can't win in court, but thats not their goal. Tied up in court for years, Many FFL's will go out of business. The ATF would then get all the records that those FFL's possess. There is only one reason why the Government would want to know who has guns. And it's not to congratulate you.

As long as there is no punishment for passing laws that are known to be against the constitution, ( both Washington's and the United States), these types of laws will keep getting passed, and we, the law abiding public, will have to spend millions of dollars to get them overturned, only to have the same legislators do it again.
