I would like to thank you on the idea of using a piezo for the sensor. I used a KA2284 Level Indicator for my board (Cheap) 9V batter and I put my peizo and 1inch ball bearing in a medicine bottle that fits nicely and I have it working. Getting a Dupont crimper tomorrow to make it correctly. But it worked and it is pretty sensitive.
