To be fair this camera angle shows the ball faster than it actually is cuz it is coming towards it
While the angle we see on tvs makes it look slower than it actually is because it is going away from the camera

I have played with international players and although initially it seems next to impossible to play against fast bowlers, with practice you can even enjoy playing against them. You can use a tennis ball on a green pitch with lots of water on top: this is how I learned the art of dealing with fast bowlers.
It's not truly similar to Morkel's pace. The tennis ball comes off the pitch a lot slower than a cricket ball.

Yeah when they showed the video of the batsman's perspective I thought because a cricket ball is essentially rock it would come at you much much faster, like a tennis ball at 100mph if you bowled 88mph with a cricket ball.
