  • Hi guys so today I just wanted to show you guys how you can make a quick healthy meal by making this simple vegetable chowmein that you can enjoy alongside rice, bread with crackers or just even by itself. So follow along as I show you the step by step method to a delicious meal.
    Vegetable Chowmein Recipe
    Shredded Carrots
    Shredded Cabbage
    Sliced Sweet Peppers
    Sliced Pimento Peppers
    Grated Ginger / Grated Garlic
    Sesame Oil for Stir Frying
    Chowmein Seasoning for Flavor or a Seasoning Of Your Choice.
    Steps to Follow
    Start by preheating your pot, then add the oil to the pot and allow to heat. Start adding your sliced permento peppers, grated ginger and garlic and saute, just by adding those 3 simple ingredients your flavoring begins. Then add in your cabbage and carrots and saute. Allow to cook for about 5mins. Then gradually add in your sliced sweet peppers and continue sauteing on medium heat. Once your vegetables begin to cook go ahead and add in your chowmein mix and saute well. This meal does not take more that 15/16.
