Yes I have done private label quite a few times. If it’s local I have the business owner come to my studio and we create a fragrance together. If they’re not local I send samples of fragrances based on what they want. Then I offer vessel options and give them pricing.

Yes I mix from different suppliers. I don’t do the same fragrances in my sprays as my candles but I could.
