I agree with Human. I purchased a Stihl Arborist helmet only to find that I couldn't purchase the accessories for it from Stihl, and the USA rep advised me that you couldn't purchase the hearing protection, nor the eye protection, attachments for it. If you sell the chainsaws you should make available the same protection gear to the USA customers. What gives? USA!
Regulations for safety equipment vary around the world. They can be very expensive to test and prove to the federal government that they work.
There are bound to be other brands that you can buy in terms of safety gear other than stihl.
Stihl, please, honestly, we want alot of these products that just aren't available here in the US! Lol, help us, we are real people, STIHL people, and we want to rep the bad ass safety attire, HELP! side note, I think you guys should hire me as a secret shopper, every STIHL dealer in my town are beyond ridiculous in customer service besides one. I won't name bash, but stihl shoshoujld be represented to the fullest.

What the fuck Stihl. I've seen these items in videos from Germany, Great Britain, and Australia. Why is it that we cannot get them here in the states? I contacted my Stihl rep, no luck, I then went over his head and corresponded with an employee at Stihl Deutschland to try and get some, to no avail. It seems like every opportunity you get you throw this amazing set of safety gear in front of me only to tell me I can't buy it. Is my money no good? I'm practically begging you to take my money.

Podobnie jest w Polsce. Firma Stihl prowadzi jak dla mnie dziwną politykę sprzedaży. Porównując katalog Stihl w Niemczech i w Polsce doszedłem do wniosku że, nie chcą moich pieniędzy. Prosty przykład - potrzebowałem
nożyc do żywopłotu. W katalogu niemieckim jest 12 odmian, w polskim
raptem 5 wersji. A przecież jesteśmy sąsiadami przez rzekę Odra. Zakup paliwa motomix w Polsce jest niemożliwy.
Można tak by mnożyć przykłady w nieskończoność.

Proszę sprawdzić wybór nożyc do żywopłotów na stihl.de i na stihl.pl. Kupiłem w Polsce HS 82R. A byłem zainteresowany wersją HS 82 RC-E, 60 cm. Niestety nie do kupienia w Polsce. Nawet jeśli bym kupił je w Niemczech nie mam gwarancji na terenie Polski.
Do granicy mam niedaleko około 200 km.
Wersja RC-E jest mniej kłopotliwa przy zapalaniu. Posiada elektroniczny system zapłonu i |ErgoStart. Używam kosy mechanicznej FS 460 C-EM i piłę MS 261 C-M VW z M-Tronic i jestem z nich zadowolony. Dlatego chciałem kupić lepiej wyposażone nożyce.
+TheMireko1 FS 460 and an MS 261? Very nice units, I'd love to get those though I've no use for them really. I just did a review on the FS 560 and a comparison between the MS 261 and MS 271 on my youtube channel. I stihl love stihl products, just wish they'd let me buy more of them lol.

Can someone please help me with getting in touch with a Stihl representatives that can lead me in the right direction to get the advance extreme tree x jacket and bibs,I don't care about the cost,I take safety very seriously,,PLEASE HELP ME,,,ANYONE????????
It more than likely has to do with safety regulations and the test times it takes to prove that the equipment works for federal regulations.
Trying looking for brands that are actually available in America. Do not just blame Stihl.

Jacket is NOT CUT RESISTANT UNLESS YOU BUY REMOVABLE SLEEVES SEPARATELY AND PUT THEM ON JACKET. RIP OFF !
