I'd like to see some footage of what you are talking about. I can barely wash one panel without my soap drying in kansas sun. Water and chemical just drys even if you wet the panel first. You can definitely use formula 4 spray wax in direct sun, works great.

Like he said, in order to get Sonny's product, u have to be a business. I worked at a car wash and had to be verified I was a business before they would give me an account with them
I use renseless wash in my foam cannon, wash bucket, and as a drying aid. I personally use night hawk brand tripple s renseless . It’s the most dilutable renseless on the market at 896:1. I add a half oz to my foam cannon, half oz to my wash bucket and a half oz to my 32 oz bottle for my drying aid. Using regular tap water with zero water spots. I also like using Jax wax si02 waterless wash for this process but it isn’t as cost effective as night hawks
If it dilutes to that amount, why do they say 32:1 as a quick detailer? That's the same as ONR. Thought the concentration is higher and thus a quick detailer wouldn't need such a high #?
As a mobile detailer from day 1... Glass waffle weave 100%. 2. Just use good old turps for tar and bugs, 1 section at a time. As goes for the whole vehicle. If it is that hot that every panel steams off products then rinseless wash 1 panel at a time from top to bottom, avoid a hose at all costs(it is illegal where I am anyway, not to mention a complete waste of water). 3. Waterbased tyre and plastic trim dressings are your friend in the sun, also not slippery! 4. If it is black/dark, just forget it. You can 100% wash cars in the sun, you just have to think like you're in the Sahara!
Formula 4 Wax only lasts 1 week per their website. Honestly would rather use something a litttttle more durable like Ceramic Spray 1 gallon from Prime Solutions for $18. Harbor Freight also has 3 pack of waffle for $5
But Formula 4 is a concentrated (a little goes a long way) vs Prime Solutions Ceramic Sealant which is a Ready to Use, since they dont sell a Concentrated version. Won't you be spending more on the Ceramic Sealant vs Formula 4 such as using in a Foam Cannon? Since the pressurized water is going to dilute it even more and you end up using more product with the Ceramic Sealant vs Formula 4.
@@TheManMiscellaneous with the sealant, they say it's 6 month durability so you use it less. I think I'll end up buying a gallon of F4 anyways lol. Do you use F4 as a drying aid? Curious if it gums up drying towels? Never used drying aids before
@@The1Music2MyEars I haven’t used Formula 4. But I use Turtle Wax Wax & Dry it’s also a drying aid spray wax. But yea, it will make your Drying Towels less water absorbent. When that happens, I toss my Drying Towels in the Laundry with some Free and Clear Detergent and rinse them out with some White Vinegar. It usually restores some life back.
I recommend slowing down the video. Damn I’ve never been able to go from start to finish any lukes videos because he talks to hypersonic fast - slowing down the videos makes the voice and video more pleasant to watch. 😊

Been waiting/looking for someone ahead of the “game” on me to share some “detailing in the sun” tips. Thanks dude ~ you’re slaying it. Like the angle!

Man thank you so much for showing me superior products, I haven’t purchased but once I run out of my current chemicals I’m getting gallons 💯
I found superior my first month in detailing business wise an saved me tons of money

10/10 thumbnail, quality, title. Already Best in business Wilson
Haven’t tried there waffle weaves but there double flip microfiber/low pile rags are the bomb!!!
Thank you so much! Love the work, keep it up!
Sonny's factory finish instant shine on the trim and molding is hard to beat.

Well, it's a place locally that I buy it from so I didn't know that. I stay stocked up on it because it is a good product.
Have you ever used the Krystal trim aerosol? I’ve used the tire trim one and the trim one with pretty good results… good video 👍🏼
have you tried coverall on black trim
Your real brother thanks for the information
Bought Ultra Shine Spray to try after watching your video.
I use a water demon drying waffle weave, an instant detailer and a soap that tells you it's safe to use in the sun.
Spraying the tires makes sense, but is it any faster to spray the trim as opposed to using an applicator?
fire video thank yo

How does it compare to onr?

What soap on 4:40 ?
How do you address the overspray when using the aerosol on the black trim? Every time I use something like that I end up with spots everywhere.

3d soaps are good for washing in the sun. Well, they used to be 14 years ago. I used to wash cars in 90+degree heat with no spots or streaks.

Cost. You might get a little more shine using Formula 4, too.
