I don’t see how Bullying someone is funny. Billy was in charge of this whole scam and the money. Billy scammed JaRule,Carola, The Bahamians, his employees,and the FYRE festival attendees.The charges against Ja Rule was dropped. Jarule was not a part of NYC Access after the whole FYRE Fraud. JaRule was trying to get back to the days when he was making good money, a respectable celebrity, and had a certain lifestyle he maintains. We all have been there before. The main reason I get up, go to work, and hope to get promoted. I wish JaRule the best and he hopes he gets a big break soon.
