I have all of those things on my list! Not everyone likes the ones that aren't sweets so I try to keep them to a minimum on the channel but I like to challenge myself.

You could put Mod Podge over it or make it out of clay instead.

When the crayola clay dries does it become hard through and through. I made some small balls recently and several days after I thought they were dry I accidentally stepped on one and it was soft inside. Just what usually happens, or was it the flat?
If you're making something kind of thick it will take quite a few days to dry all the way through. When it's dry it feels spongy rather than squishy. Hopefully that makes sense.
no gesso before paint? also, do you use water while working?
I don't use any sort of primer, but you could if you want. I don't find water necessary, but if your clay is too dry, you can use water while shaping it.
Hi great video but is there a way to make fake lettuce out of clay? I know it won't be perfect but I want to make a burger with lettuce but I don't want to use any paper.
Hi Irene! Yes, you can make it out of air dry clay or foam clay. Just roll it out really thin. I would use my fingers to pinch around the edges to make it thinner there and cause it to be more jagged and uneven giving it the appearance of real lettuce.
Can the burger be cut out in the middle also?
Yes, just be careful that it doesn't start to sag there if you don't have anything to hold the middle up.
Why would you want a rock solid hamburger? I prefer foam clay it’s not so heavy couldn’t you do it with foam clay too? So it’s not so heavy ?
You can. It won't have as much texture but definitely will work. Keep in mind that any tutorials that I or anyone else shares are simply an idea to get you started. You can always change things up to make it your own 😊

Also when you bake ur sesame seeds at what temperature do you use?
I use the package directions. I think it's either 250 or 275 for mine.
