Hello, I’m a housekeeper and we actually really do appreciate when you check out and we hate it when you don’t. Most the time we start our shift earlier then the check out time so we can get ahead for the day, and absolutely appreciate when people leave early, makes our work day so much easier. But then you have people that don’t tell us and we have wasted time thinking someone is in that room. Love you anyway xoxo
@@LillianBeovich Yeah don’t be selfish people! Most of the time you can check out on the tv. It’s not going to kill you to spend less than 2 minutes to do so. I’m too paranoid not to check out.
I never had a “schedule” for my baby. I just went by him. He ate when he was hungry, and slept when he was tired. From 2 months on he’s slept through the night! Always been the happiest, most chill baby!

@@shellybuttrum8869 yes!!! Like trying to stick with such a strict schedule would stress me out so much. I feel like it creates sooo much unnecessary stress! Ryland, you’re taking “checking out” too literally as waiting in line at the front desk and formally checking out. What you’re doing when you’re leaving without stopping at the desk is an express checkout. You left your credit card information at check-in, you tell valet or the bell person that you’re checking out and they will tell the front desk so they can finalize your bill and let Housekeeping know. It’s also polite to let them know you’re leaving so they can start cleaning the room as soon as possible instead of waiting until 9am or later. When you’re telling valet that you’re never checking out, you’re basically telling him that you’re going to live there. You’re the problem and I love you. 😂 - Hotel Manager
I’m confused how he doesn’t checkout at all…. Does he just leave the key tags in the hotel room? Usually there is a place on check in desk to just drop your keys off so they know you’re out of the room and it can be cleaned.
The reason why you need to check out is more of a courtesy, it helps the hotel get into cleaning that room at an earlier time which is helpful especially when most people want late check out... so if your check out is communicated to the front desk the availability for an early check in could be accommodated. It all comes full circle.
Chris’s slate message is so sweet and the little baby with a balloon in the background is the cutest 🥹👶💙 Makes me so very happy to see Mama Lizze surrounded by so much love 👩🏼🍼❤️
As someone who has worked in a hotel before, flipping rooms as soon as possible is always the most efficient thing for a hotel, and that is the purpose of notifying the front desk that you are checking out. If nobody went to the front desk, and housekeeping, had to go to every room and knock, then every single person checking in would most likely have to wait much longer for that room to be flipped. Also, most hotels don’t even need you to go to the front desk to check out, if you are in your room and call from the room with the phone, it will say that you were calling from that room, and you could say you are heading out. Another reason that checking out is also important is because sometimes maybe at check-in they forgot to take your credit card, or maybe there is an unsettled bill, or maybe you lost something and they’ve been waiting to give it to you and they don’t know your room number, but remember your face, honestly, it happens more often than you think. Regardless, if you don’t wanna do any of that, if check out is at 11 AM, literally just check out like 10 or 15 minutes before, and I promise you there will probably not be a line, people love to wait until the last second.
Joe sounds like a psycho. I wouldn’t be letting my husband tell me what to eat let alone basically make me eat my placenta which is not only disgusting but has no reliable evidence behind it
I'm so thrilled our red headed queen is back! Motherhood looks amazing on you, Lizze. All the best to you and your boys. P.s. Deborah, I hope you stub your toe today.

I nursed all 5 of my children. I never understood why some people have a problem with it. It’s completely natural and what they were made for. To each their own I suppose.
Lizze thank you so much for talking about postpartum. I feel so connected. I also had a c section, and the postpartum hormones and depression are so hard. And breastfeeding is so difficult! It's so hard with not being able to eat so much food and them not latching. I'm sorry you had such a difficult time, thank you so much for being so vulnerable in sharing. lizzies relationship with her dad is so incredibly beautiful, & as a first time mom myself back in 2014 when i was 18, i wish there was more research then about things like postpartum so i hope she doesnt stop talking about things so openly! ♥️
As someone who had lots of pregnancy loss before my rainbow baby and then a very traumatic birth, it’s so nice to hear Ryland THOUGHT OF THAT AND GAVE LIZZE GRACE ON HIS OWN and understood why she would be ultra protective of her baby. I had 2 babies, was fine with everyone holding them, and then baby 3 took forever to get/stay pregnant and I was terrified the entire time and had a crazy birth, and I couldn’t be convinced for months that something wasn’t going to happen to him that would take him away or hurt him.

Love lizzies dad! Also love lizzie nothing better than a straight forward person wish more people could be like her 😂she is so honest and hilarious. Rylan is so respectful and loving and Chris is the sweetest person ever and he needs to realise how much he is loved ❤
Lizzie saying that she feels like she didn’t have an end to her pregnancy puts exactly how I felt after my c section into words! I had to have a c section at 36 weeks and it just felt so weird. It was almost like an empty feeling. I didn’t get to go through labor and I missed being pregnant. I was of course glad to have my baby, but it really is an empty kind of feeling.
Sending love to you ❤ I have to be honest, I don’t think there’s any good birth. I pushed for four hours then had a vaccuum and they ended up doing an episotomy and I had deep internal tearing which was all very difficult to heal from and there was a few scary moments right when she came out. After that I wished I’d had a scheduled c section. I talked to so many moms after and they all had traumatic births where something went wrong. I feel like healthcare for women (and generally) in this country is just terrible.
As someone who worked in the hotel business for 10 years you do not have to check out. There is no rule for checking out because housekeeping or front desk will go room to room for the checkouts and knock on the doors at checkout time to make sure everyone that is suppose to check out that day has left. It’s just considerate to check out with front desk so front desk is aware and for the housekeeper if you decide to check out early before check out time so the housekeeper isn’t standing around waiting till check out time.

Obsessed with Lizzie’s Dad so happy he finally made it on the pod 🤩 Also Lizzie looks like a million dollars, you go girl and good on you for being a good girl and taking your pill 😅
Im a housekeeper at a hotel- It actually does impact us when you don’t formally “check out” at the desk. Because our system prints out a list of empty rooms that we can start cleaning for the day. If you didn’t formally checkout, you’re not on the list. If we finish our list, then we stand around and wait until the checkout time to finally knock on your door, just to find that the room has been empty the whole time. It’s a bit inconvenient tbh! Not a huge deal but if everyone just left than it would be pretty terrible. A tip left in the rooms helps us get over the annoyance btw 😉 Also, every hotel is different but I work at a huge chain so this affects a lot of people.
You go girl no judgment for anyone especially mothers. I couldn’t breast feed I had the blues it was an emergency situation too that without modern medicine we wouldn’t be alive. Enjoy motherhood! You got this❤
Lizze im so glad you’re talking openly about about postpartum 💕 im 3 months postpartum and 2 weeks and 6 days after giving birth I had an emergency appendectomy like Chris just had and I had SUCH a hard time being so freshly postpartum. You guys this was awesome! My son is 11 months and I love hearing the postpartum talk because even though it’s been almost a year a lot of those feelings are still there. It’s always good to hear someone else articulating the same feelings! Just keep following baby’s cues! That has never failed me, I tell my anxiety to STFU and let my little one guide me and tell me his needs❤
Chris is just soooo SWEET ❤
Obsessed with Lizzie’s Dad so happy he finally made it on the pod 🤩
Also Lizzie looks like a million dollars, you go girl and good on you for being a good girl and taking your pill 😅
A tip left in the rooms helps us get over the annoyance btw 😉
Also, every hotel is different but I work at a huge chain so this affects a lot of people.
Lizzie looks so flawless and beautiful!! Glad she’s better!! Always love seeing Lizzies dad in vids he’s so funny and entertaining!! 😂
I love love love Lizzie’s energy!!!!
One of my favorite episodes! Lizzie’s dad is my absolute favorite guest.
I’ve felt like so much of this pregnancy we were in it together and it’s so nice to see you coming into being a mother ❤
Lizzes makeup looks so good!!
I adore this friendship

“I don’t think I’m the target audience for this conversation” took me OUT 😂😂😂
Wasn't it Shane who pointed at lizze during the c section moment?
Lizzie! Don’t use up all your capsules right away, space them out so they last longer! I took mine too often and when I ran out I went down hill. So go slow and make it last! ❤️
SO HAPPY YALL RELEASED TODAY!! Love you guys and congrats again Lizzie !!🎉❤

the umbilical cord LMFAO. Same story with me but instead of shaping it like a heart, they spelt L.O.V.E. with my dried up umbilical cord. Holy shit this is funny
