    Wow! That's great! Looks very healthy! I think seed-saving and starting new plants from cuttings (I couldn’t think of the word!) Are very important skills to know right now.

    When is/are the best month(s) to start air layering?

      @chosen2030 Depends on area. But Spring and Fall here work best. I do the majority in early April. I did another round in early September, with expectation to root in early Dec.

      @@noelarcilla60 The air layer was performed in April. So, it took 5 to 6 months.

      @noelarcilla60 Also, root development for Loquats is MUCH longer than typical. I get roots from citrus in a month or so and some others faster or slower.
