Hi have you had many jobs where the key is stuck in these ultion cylinders as if they’ve gone into lockdown I’ve had quite a few now wondered if it’s a common issue? Thanks
If it took 12 minutes with power tools and equipment and all the noise in a workshop. I call that good lock. 12 minutes is enough for even police to respond to a call. This lock and a decent alarm system would probably defeat any burgler.
@@LondonLocks but these are hard to pick without gj picks normal standard picks would be impossible for a lot of locksmiths that’s why they normally drill unless they have gj picks
Just wondering if you could give me abit of advice I’ve got a union barrel lock an someone has jammed wood inside of it an I’m sure they have put some superglue on the wood and shoved it in have you got any idea how I can get the door open
Hi. in all honesty, unless you know where to drill, I would call a locksmith. but if the door is open, just remove the latch and swap the cylinder out.
It took 12 mins because he was trying to show content you plonkers!! It’s not all about robbery’s, most of the time it’s lost keys or stolen keys Good job 👍🏻
The racket that needs to be made to drill one of these would wake the whole street up. If someone drilled mine like this i'd have time to have a cup of coffee and a few practice swings of bobby the baseball bat before whoever is drilling came through the door.
12 minutes of drilling, banging and rattling the door don't you think someone would notice and call the police? My god they could walk it and still catch you while your drilling away at the lock.
Thank you did this today because lost my back door key took 10 minutes to drill and fit new lock , only had one stuck pin that came out easy

It is a common issue. "Apparently" Ultion have fixed this with the newer cylinders. but we'll see.
Nice job mate.
Can you do the same with a KESO 8000 Omega 2 Ultra ????
Called the terror for any locksmith...
a different approach is required but it would be possible.
What about the two anti drill chrome pins at the start of the lock?
in the 'part 1' - ua-cam.com/video/dH1Fs-953wM/v-deo.html
slow and steady pressure and they melt ;)

I'd of picked this silently in under 5 minutes. this is a very worst case scenario.

@@stephenupdate1480 easy to pick, with skill, with any flag pick set.
Is this an anti snap cylinder lock ? I can see the groves on the outside ?
What lock was this
Had to drill a Yale type lock today. Picking didn't work. Made me wonder about bantam locks. Can they be drilled so easily?
There are many bypass methods for Banham. but drilling is possible if you know where to drill.

@@LondonLocks cheers mate no there’s abit of sourness going on at the place I work an they’ve decided to mess it up while it’s locked
new to this locksmithing, would a core puller help along ?, thanks.
would probably set off the firing pin and lock the cam.

Good job 👍🏻
magi burr turn it to dust if its destructive entry,
They didn't exist when this vid was made. This video was more that an anti-drill lock can be drilled.
@@LondonLocks I understand thankyou
Question -- I have this cylinder, Key spin but no cam movement at all on the one side. other side works perfect. anyone come across this before ?
Yes. I see this a lot. lots of issues with Ultions.
yes. they're not very good. probably one of the easiest cylinders to pick too.
Check Aldridge Item No. L32382
We use these now also. Great bit of kit. Thank you Paul.
I would of run my drill in and out until all pins are gone. Definitely quicker
Hi. The hardened pins would ruin even a TCT bit. Slow and steady is the way with 3* cylinders.
Jesus Christ , these locks are a piece of piss to pick , under a minute with a bit of practice , I wouldn’t install one on a shithouse door.
If there is a tool to make it there is a tool to break it.

This isn't a burglar method. obviously. This is for locksmiths.
Beautiful. Do you think this would work on most 3 stars?
with the right bit and skill, yes.
slow and steady yes. rushing and pushing to hard normally causes issues.
Next time use a tweezer ...
Invest in a mount for camera.
agreed. Sorry.
Worst lockpicker ever
this is a worst case scenario. These lock pick easy in under 5 mins
No need to pick it if the cylinder is being replaced
@@LondonLocks What type of pick would you use?

This IS NOT a burglar method. this is a locksmith method to drill when the cylinder has failed or been compromised.
Ga weg jij weet niks
Made hard work of that ffs 😂
That was painfull to watch
