- COLORADO NOODLES! Full video: eastern Colorado tornadoes from near Joe, Colorado to near Bethune, including intercept of a few cinnamon buns. I came in from Yuma and was long distance from the twin tornadoes!
Dude those storms look so perfect. Its been along time since ive seen a storm like that.

I'm from California and was thinking of doing a road trip next summer. geez I didn't think they had cyclones in August.
I am also from CA. but currently live in NM. I have done a lot of driving in eastern Colorado which is tornado and blizzard country. Yah, a bit late for these severe storms in August but they do happen from time to time. Keep an eye on the forecasts and sky when in this part of the state and you should be ok if no severe weather is forecast. Make sure your vehicle is in top shape and you have a full tank of gas. Cell phone service is spotty at times.

I wished that tornadoes didn't destroy towns and things like that maybe abandoned buildings here and there but yeah no ones houses because houses are for people like you and me so yeah.. I hope a tornado never hits your house dude

Reed is my favorite. I'd like to be his driver one day. I can drive something fierce and learning these storms/traveling is kickass. Plus who would pass up the opportunity for Reed to jump in and scream "DRRRRRIVVVEEEEEE!!!!!" Right in your ear holes? I'd do it.

i came out of denver and seen the storm forming. as i got just south of it on I 70 it was massive then my tornado warning went off.i got ahead of it, then i was told I 70 was shut down for all trucks/large vehicles

yeah, question, why aren't telephone poles under the ground if they know its tornado alley? I'm asking cause I simply don't know? I mean if the government can spend on oil fields, can't they bother to spend on telephone lines underground? And, do you think the occurrences of Tornadoes are more in areas without telephone lines than without? Stay safe Reed.
I wonder that every day up in Washington state. We dont get tornadoes but all types of thunderstorms and winter crazy snowstorms and it knocks the power out way too often. Three days ago we even got it knocked out by a dang Turkey lol. You'd think they just convert it all to underground. We have a small part of my city that is but they haven't webm considered doing the rest.

@@amymbeauty8765 heat can desipate in the air, in the soil it cant. It would stay warm.
@@rumorady-4566 What do you mean? That doesn't matter. When they out them in the ground the use large circular tubes to run them through underground. And the ground stays fairly cool most places if you're down a few feet unless youre in the desert

We're getting tornados quite often in NZ & I guess it depends on your location. This winter we've had a lot of thunderstorms ⛈ and tornados🌪 have caused havoc to quite a few homes. Just not on a huge scale as in the USA. (I'm in Auckland) Considering the devastation caused I'm glad they're rare 😎

I love tornados
I was driving I70 and right as I turned on the weather radio advertised on the billboard it said tornado warning at the milemarker I was passing at that moment! Not new to this kind of weather (grew up in KS) but the supercell, huge hail, and tornados made for a very exciting road trip to say the least. Thought the newly purchased car I got the day before was going to get destroyed, thank god for that exit with a highway overpass! Looking back to the east at the supercell once I busted out west of it was amazing, sad I didn't think to get photos.
