Significant winter storm to hit Toronto, much of southern Ontario

Environment Canada issued a winter storm warning late on Tuesday ahead of a weather system expected to drop 10 to 15 cm of snow in Toronto. With freezing rain potential, accumulations could surpass 20 cm by Thursday.
