Can you sync launchpad to figure this way? Then I am sure launchpad has ableton link as well right? So then you could sync with iElectribe and iKaossilator for example? Is this midi sync feature just for apps running on that ios device or does it do it over the air as well?
Was excited about this linking, but the latest version of LaunchPad(12/20/18) or the iSpark LE app are not talking well together. It sorta works, but if you start and stop the iSpark it sometimes won't retrigger playback when you hit play on the iSpark. Also if your synth apps don't have background audio linking them is useless.
Gonna keep experimenting.
Is there a list of apps that this will sync to? And is djay on that list that you know?
So it just syncs the tempo of both apps?
I was playing with this app.. just downloaded it.. just about every single loop that's included with it sounds noisy, gritty and just not very good at all. Not impreessed.
However, I see if I pay $6.99 I can import my own loops. If I do this, will they be in stereo and the FULL quality (not compressed) that I provide them ?

Your videos have been looking especially good recently, have you changed camera?
It's got to do with the number of exports actually. This video features no face-can. Meaning that's one less export I had to make. Also I get to keep the video in 1080p. If I do a face-cam I use CuteCut to glue the cam onto the video and it only exports at 720p.
I'm also using the Manual Camera app so I have more control over the built in camera in the iPhone 6. :)
Do you reckon it can be synced to volca sample aswell?
Do you know of any other app for sample playing that can be midi clocked to other hardware? One wonders why midi in is not possible. I have a laptop free hardware setup and it would be great to have the IPad, an App an even Novations hardware launchpad working with the app as a kind of Ableton Push clip/loop launcher. I have the iConnectivity Audio and Midi boxes but could not find an app that can take the midi clock.
Have you tried Loopy? Lou can sync to MIDI clock. I'm not sure if it can be controlled with a pad controller though. I'm going to look into this because this is something I would want to have too.
Don't you think novation should add the ability to change bpm during play?,

The fact that this can’t be a slave is sooooo bad. Why would anyone want this as the master in a gig set up
