Nice overview of some of the new features, it's so cool to have some hassle free MIDI setups. The MIDIflow utilities look great; I've only dabbled a bit since the AB3 release but everything I have tried worked a charm.
I think I'll be getting this looks really cool.
It would be awesome to have Master Tempo inside Audiobus!

1 month ago I just started using an iPad with my music production and also 100% Realtime Live performance .
I love Anything Korg ! SO after spending over 2 grand on korg hardware just in the last 12 months I thought it would be wise to just by Gadget and the rest of there apps . I'm so happy I did . I'M IN LOVE !!!! LOL .but true ;)
I use Ableton Live 9.6.1 Suite with Link , Audiobus 2 , AB remote , studiomux and midimux .
UNlike Korg Gadget 3 , AB2 offers no update . No returns and I don't even think they care .
Is it worth it to buy it again ? Also how do you record your Tutorials with the iPad well focused and great Audio .

2:08 There isn't Garageband in the MIDI receiver list. Does it mean that input MIDI routing for GB is not supported? Even MIDIFlow won't help?
I'm trying to use Riffer inside of AudioBus3 to send midi out to my TD3 and MC707, i'm having SOME luck, but it's not at all obvious how to set up the second third and fourth channel of Riffer with AudioBus, all of the channels seem to be going out to every midi channel. And the field inside of Riffer, where it lets you choose midi output lane, is not functioning properly with my iPad Air2

What up sir.. I would like to fly something by you (I’m stuck in stupid over here).
I’ve been having a problem getting Turnado to work in Beatmaker 3, & I’m going to go ahead & admit that whatever it is that needs to be done, I’m not doing something right. I’ve been trying to use the effects in the app Turnado within the app Beatmaker 3, & for some reason it the only app that I can’t get sound from. At first I was using Audiobus 3 (which with all the accolades I don’t like the way it behaves), with that being said, when I for example loaded a synth or keyboard, & added Turnado within Audiobus 3, I could not get sound or figure out why I it wasn’t happening.. I’d adjust the MIDI channels to either Channel 1, or leave it on “All” & nada..
Then I came across AUM, & I bought it, because I don’t like the work flow on Audiobus 3 & have been desiring to divorce myself from it. I don’t like how Audiobus 3 needs to pop up another window that takes you outside your DAW, & then you have to close that out to get back to what you were doing.. and all the little things on the sidebar, the prompts to keep clearing out the session.. I’m not a fan. So I got AUM & I really wanted it to work.. But I’m still not getting a sound to be come out of Turnado.. could you help with this
Hi. Can midiflow take the tempo from an app (Bias FX2) and make it the master tempo from other apps (AUM).
I currently run a live guitar setup in AUM. I use BIAS FX2 for some time based fx and create presets with different song tempos. It would really open up a world of fx if AUM can sync tempo from Bias FX2, but this not currently possible. Can midiflow achieve this? Please take into account Bias is Interapp audio.

Can audiobus route midi channels? So I'm using an Arturia Beatstep Pro with my iPad apps. The beatstep can send 3 separate midi sequences via 3 separate midi channels. Is it possible with Audiobus to say control a Virsynth with via midi channel 1 of my controller and say an Animoog with the midi channel 2 of my controller?

Hi channel; cam audio us 3 be used like AUM to basically make a super synth? I use AUM ow and love it but have a studio logic sl88 with 4 zones, I now have 8 synth apps I cam runsimulatenouely on my new iPad Pro and while in theory I can mix them with AUM I thought it might be more efficacious to use something like audio us to set them up with effects and mix and output them to a single speaker out for playing. Thoughts? Thanks all!

HI @thesoundtestroom and hi all! Did anybody success to configure "key range" splitting on Korg Gadget trough AudioBUs 3 and MidiFLow ? Somebody told me i have to buy the "old version " of MidiFlow cause with the "New" MidiFLow integrated in AudioBUs it wont manage "key range" splitting in Korg GAdget. COuld anybody review this? I must make right purchase :-) thanks

I had an idea to do a series called building back FL studio on IOS, by getting all similar apps and linking them together to get back a similar feeling work flow like FL studio, a lot of my friends got their start with FL studio so I know they'd appreciate it, maybe we could work on it together somehow.

The problem is Apple. They make it impossible for developers to sell an upgrade, forcing them to release an entirely new version if IAP cannot handle the situation. Apple does not respect their customers and they never have. To Apple a customer is an entity that should be drained of all its money--nothing more. Ever wonder why OSX doesn't fully support NTFS unless you buy a 3rd party utility? This morning I read Apple has no plans to add a touchscreen to the Macbook Pro line, while Microsoft is killin' it with the Surface line. Amazing developers like Audiobus are what's keeping the platform alive. What would the iPad be without all the non-Apple efforts? A cheese puff. So, it should be obvious by now: The problem is Apple.

the new garage band is off the chains tho... proper effects rack they added and audio units (to be honest the audio units somethings crash and my garage band project become un-openable, so i avoid using them IN GARAGE BAND, they are pretty stable in Cubasis)
Hmm. I wonder if I could route 88 different ipad synths to each of my 88 keyboard keys via my iPad Pro. ;0)... Jk. Seriously though, does anyone know if any of these midiflow operations are redundant and unneeded if you have AUM? I have both aum and audiobus 3 but still a newbie.

Erinski Easy Yes you have to buy Audiobus 3 even if you have Audiobus 2, but to be fair it does offer a whole set of tools, it's basically a complete rewrite and if you use a lot of Midi then it's worth it.
