This sounds more like a final confrontation, while the first one that was in a game souded more menacing, both are good, i just think this one is more suitable for a final encounter, and the first in a game being like a core encounter, and your song GRIM REAPER would fit for a waterfall encounter if paps killed undyne.

I couldn't disagree more with the comments. I LOVE this song. It encapsulates with great excellence the concept of AGONY and DESPERATION. Does the old one sound more haunting? Yeah, but I personally prefer this version where I can see Papyrus be much more unstable (or at least that's what I understand when I listen to it). HOWEVER, I don't think the old one is worse either, I just think they fit in different contexts: one is much more calmer and unsettling, the other one is full of energy and melancholy. Though I like more this version because it fits my preferences in general.

Take in starry(i forgot his name) from PS outertale. He felt bad about giving you such a gruesome, cruel idea.
Papyrus does NOT have determination, same for almost every single monster. The exception being undyne and the almagimates, simply because determination will break down monster bodies as if it's acid. Since they don't have sufficient physical mass. Even undyne starts melting before dying when she gets killed in any route.

For the second part, it's definitely a figure of speech, determination is a substance. And just saying you're determined doesn't mean you actually have the determination substance
