In regard to your comment about Cbum, Wesley, Dino doing incline presses together and Cbum having the best form. Keep in mind, Wesley and Dino were 1 day out from the Anold, Cbum has been in his offseason for 4 months. Wesley and Dino should have not been lifting that heavy 1 day after competing. They could have seriously been injured. Thankfully no one was hurt. Greg Doucette did a video on it actually

Alphaland gym looks insane and definitely a gym that I would go to … it would be nice if you franchise alphaland and be located all over USA . I live in northeast and alpha land would be perfect gym to use due to our climate of frigid weather . Enjoy your videos .. thanks for sharing
