I made again. Used orange bell pepper and orange Sheppard peppers but used 1.5 tsp ceyanne pepper. It gave it kick! Also, I got 2 pint jars and 7 4 oz jars!
I love the frozen spoon idea and 4 oz. jelly jar recommendation. I’m glad you love it and for a person who doesn’t like things too spicy I will definitely try it.

I made this today. I hand cut. I used 6 Hungarian wax peppers. So pretty! No cayenne either. It taste like sweet n sour sauce for chicken. It wont last long! Thanks for the recipe!

My Mom used to can this type of jam and Dad loved it on whatever type of meat Mom was serving at our meals. I canned some last year using my Mom’s recipe and we enjoyed some of it today. I learned of your channel through Leisa. I’ll have to give your recipe a try. Loved your video!
