I lived in Göreme for about 4 years or so. I lived in one of the abandoned fairy chimneys for a time. I left part of my soul there.

What is the temperature there in Nov 1st week ? Too cold ?
Can you suggest good hotel / location with nice view , less stairs & walking , not necessarily cave hotel , but the hotel with good view /terrace.
Book Hotels in Göreme village. Contact hotel they will arrange shuttle from airport to hotel (10 euro pp).
Little walking needed but you can book cab to roaming.
Sultan cave suites
Shoestring cave house
Artemis cave suits (my favourite but i think this is just for adults)

What will be the temperature in Cappadocia in the first week of November. Too chilly ? Will it be comfortable with a little kid ?
temperatures generally range from about 7°C to 15°C ..bit chilly, especially in the mornings and evenings, but it is manageable with proper clothing.
Are cave hotels heated ? We are traveling with family, so we want heated rooms . What type of hotel should we book ? should be kids friendly.
They are heated, You can go with Cave rooms at good hotel.
