Simply put…WHEN YOU HELP OTHERS, YOU HELP YOURSELF.
And that’s where the CHANGE IN YOU takes place.
How can you help others? There's a common thread between all human beings so this applies to EVERYONE…
Everybody is born with a DREAM. Every person you meet has a DREAM, including YOU.
And all of them are looking for a LEADER in their lives to acknowledge and help fulfill those dreams. YOU can be that person when you start working on your ability to bring VISION to other people’s dreams.
And don't discount the fact that you are a leader! If you are a parent, you're a leader. If you are a friend, you're a leader. If you have one person working with you or for you, you're a leader. At minimum, you lead yourself every single day. WE ARE ALL LEADERS in one way shape or form.
“IT TAKES LEADERS WITH VISION TO HELP PEOPLE WITH DREAMS.” Let that sink in, because it unlocks everything you need to know about changing your life now and every day going forward.
In this episode, I'm breaking down the steps you need to take to execute on this starting today!
There is no better way to create immediate change that will last a lifetime than harnessing these steps to become a great LEADER.

I told my friend this. Ima struggling father with 2 jobs & college classes. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my 36 years of being alive. And everyday I feel like quitting however, I’m reminded by my own self that I’d be letting down my children and wife. So ima keep pushing every minute I’m alive will be dedicated to creating a better future because I have a vision on how I want my family to live and I’m going to give them that life. What Ed said there is what struck me the most. Your comment about you wanting to achieve greatness for your family is exactly what I am going through as well, my friend. I'm a working Mom, going back to school, and working on a business with any free time I have. So I understand completely where you're coming from. We absolutely can do this. After listening to thousand of hours of these videos, reading countless books. I struggled to find my why/consistency.
This hit home so hard: I’m doing all of this for the love of others, gives me the strength I was looking for.

This is how I was successful most of my life. Now I just find a new why since my family is no longer here. It’s not exactly easy but if I can hone the power of honoring them through my actions.... I came from sleeping on the floor in a 3rd world country to becoming a doctor in America all because I wanted to get my family out of poverty… it was so hard that now that accomplished that I feel like I don’t have any dreams… 😢 this really helps thank you 🙏🙏🙏

Wow I dont usually comment on motivation but this has explained everything I have been doing as a business owner. Thank you Ed for the confirmation that im building my vision and dream properly!The Love that I have for my family and team are worth the blood sweat and tears that we go through to build up and build everone around us.If we can just get them to see and build from the wisdom we give them because we care. Your example of getting to your loved one if they were hurt comparing it to getting to your dream was amazingly powerful!!! I gave up on a dream that I had achieved-i had a successful gym for women but closed my doors in 2021. I let adversity get bigger than my love.
I just however published a book, Girl with A Game Plan,which I wrote to help other women not give up on their dreams, to live their lives as superstars! In writing and publishing this book I have gotten back up, and I have big dreams and a big vision and a whole lot of love and I refuse to take myself out of the game this time!

This type of attitude is so necessary. Last days of my fathers life, my cousin called frm the hospital said u should come. Was literally putting key in car to go to church to volunteer. Called church member, drove to mom's hae she taking too long left. Got n car ran through stop signs parked in frt of hospital, flew past hospital desk...got to dad was already gone. But nothing could stop me frm seeing him before he died. ...going to have this unstoppable attitude toward life now! Thank you Ed😊🤗

When I had kids at home I was driven. Partner died, youngest son died, the other kids are doing well, on their own, and now it's just me and nothing to drive for. The best thing I can do now is to help young people to succeed.

I am from the UK, been in business since I was 23 years old (now 31). Would love a video on how to scale back a business. The last 2 years we’ve had a lot of success and added a considerable amount of staff. Unfortunately the company has become bloated and we are carrying too many under performers on big salaries. We’ve had to take immediate action as it’s caused massive financial strains on the business. How do you cut fat? How does a man of god get rid of underperformers, average and below average employees? How do you have these difficult conversations. How do you deal with it or what are the best practices to cope mentally.
