I'm am at 118 days sober and trying to shift our lives and be the one unfortunately I'm still the 95 percent of folks but I'm not giving up. I have barely put 9 thousand miles on my SUV and check engine light came on life keeps throwing me lemon's so I'm making orange juice 😂 The old me would be flipping out but I'm just rolling with the punches and making things better 1 day at a time. Thank you for always being here for all of us and the motivation you give is more helpful than you could possibly know. What resonates with me most is having the intuition to listen to my thoughts👊😁🙏😎
Jesse, congratulations on getting sober and NEVER GIVE UP!!! I’m 5 years sober but it took me 12-13 years to fully surrender and stay sober….one day at a time. The 5th step (going to a priest whom I never met and let ALL of my demons out of the closet) was THE day that I took my last drink or a drug. I felt so incredibly light after that. I cried like a child and shook uncontrollably during the process (which took about 2 hours while he listened) but it was exactly what I needed. You are on the right track and make sure to congratulate yourself that each day is a massive win!!! May God (or your version of a higher power) bless you and know that you’re never alone. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK MY FRIEND!!!!

Just had another major breakthrough bc of you. The higher frequency elaboration; I'm a musician & also well-stidied on cymatics & power of thoughts & emotions in regards to the 3 vids I send people to understand it better- Dr Massaru Emoto water experiment, Greg Brayden covering the Healing techniques of Tibetan Monks, & Cymatics demonstrated with a speaker, tone generator,& plate of salt. What I hadn't assembled until you described it is higher frequency simply being the repetition of a thought - this makes perfect sense bc hertz frequency is measured by exactly that. Great observation & as always very grateful for you Ed.

When I was younger, I had a natural inclination for visualisation. I read so much, and the pages of the book would come alive to me. The smallest details are crystal clear. And I had very clear goals. Which would become reality. That part of me has been in decline for some time now and on the journey of turning that around. You just mentioned that link of thinking and noticing. I have literally just gone into the kitchen and picked up a book a book which is destined for the auction house. It's an antique copy of Dickins' The old curiosity shop. I've kind of named my shop as a play on words of this...I had already noticed that one of the previous owners is from the same part of the world as me as the address is inscribed on the front page. The first page I opened the headline page title is Rich or poor. Of course you can summarise all sorts from that. Did make me laugh. So, yes, visualisation. I'm working on it again as I know it to be true. Thanks for today's video. It's a good start to the day.
Ed I have to interject that I love that you acknowledge that you come from a “dysfunctional” family!!! My daughter is 2 of six and is a Psychology major and says that: Dys means 2 so dysfunctional families sound like twice the fun!!! Like ours!! Sending healing chuckles-laughs- vibes!!! Jajajaja!!

There is no doubt in my mind He was answering my prayer emotionally, spiritually and physically then i took a step of faith when.I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing.

I was an alcoholic and addict for 35 years (5 years sober now) and it’s tough to break the conditioning but I’m making great strides. Lord have mercy this was a powerful one! My dad challenged me to start watching these videos for 60 days and taking notes and it has honestly changed my life! I’m way past the 60 days and I’m still in habit of watching these videos and writing in my journal about the things that resonated with me😊

You have to have the mindset that you are worthy of living a life above being average and ordinary. You cannot allow others to pull you back down from where you are rising above.
