If my niece or nephew, if they truly needed money to pay for a prescription, I'd just give it to them or at minimum pay me back when they can if they wanted to. I wouldn't be charging them interest or anything ridiculous like that.

It absolutely is something that happens. Never ever did I ever go to heroin but meth makes you forget the pain and the withdrawal from pills too!!
