Ho sakta hai fuel filter mein paani (water) ho. Owners manual mein Diya hoga ke regularly water drain karna. Keep ignition off. Fuel filter assembly ke niche ek drainage valve diya hoga - valve kholo aur pump karo few times - thoda diesel (aur paani mix) niklega, saaf hoga. Otherwise, fuel filter assembly ander se khaali karo saaf karo aur fuel filter element naya daalo. Try pls.

1) Electrical connector ko halke dheere se saaf karo aur laga do. 2) next to connector, ek valve hoga - air bleeding ke liye. Valve ko thoda loose karo, phir upar ka big black push-knob ko press karo : air aur fuel bahar aayega from that valve. Press karo few times, an valve tight karo. Car start Karo aur ek round maaro - I'm sure filter mein kachra ya paani hoga. Otherwise just put a new fuel filter after cleaning (draining) the full assembly.
Glad it helped. Btw, in my case, replacing only the fuel filter media (plus changing rubber O-ring on cover) hardly takes 5 minutes, very easy!! In this particular video I shown the entire assembly hence more time. There are few other videos on my channel, if anything else interests you. 😊👍🙌
Thank you for making the video, the old filter was in pretty good shape though. No need to replace, but, I would have replaced it too. Also you would not have made the video 😊 Another tip I would like to add, spray contact cleaner on the terminals you take out every time. It will make your terminals rust free for life.
I replace the fuel filter quite regularly, don't wait for it to get very dirty. Infact just last week I changed it again, took me hardly 5 minutes. Do prime the pump and drainout some sedimented fuel. It's very cheap to replace it. Often I open the battery terminals and give a nice clean, apply bit of Vaseline (never apply grease there). It has never rusted. 👍

Diesel filter I change every 5 to 7 thousand KM. It's cheap to replace.
